Stephanie and her team were lifesavers! I needed to sell my condo quickly, and it was a mess. The ServPro technicians worked all through the night removing the carpet and sanitizing the concrete underneath. They also did a biohazard cleaning of the rest of the condo. They cleaned the entire condo and did a fantastic job - far better than anything I had expected. I told Stephanie that she and her team were like angels that came into my life at precisely the right moment. I can never thank ServPro enough!

The bathroom of my condo experienced flooding from an overflowing bathtub located a few floors above mine. Servpro was quick to respond and address the situation. They ran blowers/dehumidifier in my bathroom for a few days, cut open the drywall to further access the damages and to air the walls out, and I'm also having them to perform the rebuilding and repainting of the walls.

The reps there were responsible for my unit was Adan and Garrett Cody. Both were friendly, professional and efficient. I'd recommend Servpro... especially the ones here in San Diego for any water related issues.

Servpro representative Michael Lu has always been responsive to my requests for service and damage assessment. He knows we need help and comes to help us assess the damage and formulate a repair plan usually within hours. That is a trait not shared by the competition who can take days to get out to you. Servpro delivers excellent service coming out quickly to clean up the water damage and open walls or ceilings to dry the area thoroughly, They are my go to guys, and their level of professionalism and the quality of their work is an asset to our building.

Garrett and the team did an outstanding job with remediating and demoing due to a recent flood into the kitchen and dining area. Overall very professional and appreciated the quality of work and on going communication provided which is critical during these types of situations.

As a homeowner who gets this type of damage, it is never an easy process. I called Servpro and they sent Garrett to my house. He is professional, communicative and super helpful. We have been working with ServPro, whom we were referred to via our insurance company, due to a shower leak that flooded through our ceiling and into our downstairs area. Our main point of contact and technician has been Garrett. We are so impressed with both he and the other members of the remediation crew. Garret is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He has made the process as stress free as possible for us, answering our questions, explaining his process, and always arriving on time. I also want to shout out Mario and Miguel, who did the demolition of the waterlogged areas of the house. They worked quickly and quietly, were professional, and their cleanup after they competed their work was top-notch.
