Servpro did such an amazing job after my dishwasher broke and leaked! They were quick to get to my home and start. Everyone on their team is friendly and helpful. They call you to keep you informed on what's going on in your home and what the next steps are, the crew on the job are professional and polite, and the finance department is extremely kind and helps explain things if you don't understand. If I ever have another problem, I know who I will be calling...I highly recommend them!!!

Serve Pro did a fantastic job after my 9th floor condo flooded due a lower neighbors sink backup. After calling three other companies who were non responsive I called Serv Pro and they had someone out there within hours. Ever Cortez was original inspector who made me feel comfortable with the process and made us feel like it was going to be alright as this was a very stressful situation. Within a day they sent out two technicians, Mario Villagomez and Jose Cardozo, who ripped out floors, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, and wet drywall. They did it all in two days and left the place clean as can be considering what we were left with. I highly recommend ServPro to anyone and hopefully I don’t have to use them ever again

Very displeased with this company and my Insurance Company AAA. (I'll write them a review as well) My 89 year old mother had a flood and stayed with us for 95 days while these guys did absolutely nothing for at least 4 weeks. The never ending excuses for delays were NEVER ENDING. When all was said and done 95 days later, they are still hounding us for a balance remaining even though we paid every penny sent to us from AAA to them directly. We understood we would be responsible for our 5k deductible and a small flooring upgrade. We had mom stay with us to reduce her temporary housing stress and cost and they strung us along with confusing invoices and industry jargon. There are a lot of companies you should call for flood damage but don't call this one because the name pops into your head. Big mistake.

I reached out to Service Pro for an estimate on some work needed in my house. Initially, they quoted a $500 fee, which I declined. They then lowered it to $250, but I still said no, not wanting to waste their time. To my surprise, they called me back and offered to inspect for free, so we agreed, specifying the exact quotes we wanted. They assured us they could meet our needs and said it would take one to two hours. We even had a friend take time off work to be there for the inspection.

After they completed the inspection, we were told we would receive the estimate by email. Now, we’re still waiting. I reached out to remind them of their free offer, but we’re beginning to lose faith in their commitment. Since it is now three days and no emailed estimate.

So again, I checked my email, expecting the estimate. Instead, I received a bill for $250 for the estimate that was supposed to be free. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. I refuse to do business with companies that operate this way. They need to reevaluate their approach and stop misleading their customers. People, be cautious with this company; they'll say whatever it takes to get into your home, only to backtrack on their promises.
A bill for $250.00 is not FREE❗ and I even went to the BBB to file a complaint with them BBB they’re not even listed so I’m assuming they’ve had some other issues in the past and removed themselves completely from the BBB so we don’t see all the people that have complained so this is the only chance for you to see it folks. Trust me you don’t want to waste your time with this company. Other companies are ethical and don’t mislead you and lied to you.
