The team assisting me was great! I had a crazy water leak and was scared that mold would grow. I called in to get someone out and the individual Amanda helped me out with getting someone out there. I was very impressed by this company. I live in La Quinta and I had significant water damage after hurricane Hillary. Our local Serve Pro was inundated so they called for the help of this particular branch. I was contacted by Laura who I must’ve called at least 10 to 15 times to try to get them to come out as quick as possible. She always followed up immediately even on the weekends Edgar and others that came to service my property were so kind honest and expeditious. I didn’t get their names but two women that were there packing my things even pointed out money they had found while packing So honest.
