He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and receptive. He finished the jobs that I asked. He updated three of my outlets to gcfi and changed my other outlets that were original 1980s. I was so happy with the service. He texted promptly as well. i plan to hire him again to replace my bathroom fan once I find one that suits the size of the housing to replace old bathroom fan.

After a quick call, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff member who answered—she had me scheduled for a next-day quote faster than my Cybertruck hits 60 mph.
Enter Seth, the electrician who clearly knows his craft inside and out. He arrived on time, exuded confidence, and explained the process with such clarity that I felt like I was getting a masterclass in electrical work. He was approachable, answered every question I threw his way, and provided a fair, no-nonsense quote before heading out.
The following week, Seth returned to tackle the job, and the results were stellar. The charger is securely mounted to the wall studs, ready to handle the hefty Tesla cord with ease. There was a drywall cut to get to the electrical panel but Seth patched it so well it’s like it never happened. I’m thrilled with the outcome—my garage is now a sleek charging hub.

These guys were terrific! My water heater stopped heating water and its control panel and reset switch were both dead. I called the company in the morning, and electrician Benjamin was here that afternoon. Besides giving the usual arrival window, the company also phones to alert you when they’re on their way driving to your place. Benjamin did a thorough check of all my house’s circuit breakers and fuses as well as all the electrical connections to the unit, and was able to verify that it wasn’t an electrical connection problem. One of the company’s plumbers Lorenzo was out the very next day, and after additional checking, was able to confirm that the problem was internal to the unit itself, which fortunately was still under the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement. The initial visits, whose purpose is to diagnose the problem and provide estimates, were both free. These guys were courteous, thorough, knowledgeable about the product, great at explaining things, and incredibly professional. I’d give them and the company six stars if that were an option.

Ben did great work, was prompt and very informative. The United team was very responsive during booking his two visits. The pricing is fair and our quote came out lower than competing quotes. Would recommend to friends and family.

Ben was awesome. He came earlier than originally scheduled. He introduced himself to everyone, even the kids and asked their names. He was super personable and friendly. Ben came in showed us what our problem was and gave advice on how to work around it until we get the main problem fixed. He was also prompt with providing an estimate for the repairs we will be needing at a decent price.
