Mallory was very attentive to our needs for our window shade. She gave us multiple options after she listened to what our goals were and was overly accommodating after our consultation to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and we did! Definitely will recommend Lightworks to anyone who needs a window shade or shades, there is more to consider than what you might imagine when you need a window solution, but they made it easy and did it right.

The initial consultation made us comfortable with the proposed solution, then we visited the showroom, and Jimm brought sample lighting to our house to show exactly what it would look like. Jason from Lightworks was incredible to work with. We are remodeling our condo and he came over to build out the new network for our home. He was so professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Not only did he set up the new network and security perfectly but was able to give me some great advise about rebuilding my home network in my other home in Austin, Texas so that I have better coverage and speed throughout my home than I currently do. He was also able to swiftly mount and install my TV exactly where I wanted it. Lightworks you have a great employee . Job well done! Thanks.

We worked with Suzanne from Lightworks to provide a quote on motorized shades. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to consult with us to find the perfect fabric and color. Suzanne and her team were able to come up with unique solution to ensure the shades would be tight against the wall to work around a protruding door wall trim. She was also very patient, answering all questions thoroughly and never rushing the process. After working with Suzanne, we decided to explore some of the other services offered by Lightworks.
We had a very positive experience with our Control4 technician, Thomas with Lightworks. He was extremely helpful and took the time to provide a lot of great information about how the system works. He was patient, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure every issue was fully resolved before finishing. We truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail, and we now feel much more confident using our system.
Lightworks provided William and James to analyze adding low-voltage and network cabling to our existing home. They were extremely thorough, methodical, and clearly very experienced. They identified potential issues, provided smart recommendations, and focused on the infrastructure being properly planned for both current and future needs.

He provided thoughtful recommendations that would significantly enhance both the look and usability of our space.
