Having electrical issues to the point of calling SDG&E who sent a tech out immediately. Verdict: SDG&E was not the problem; the problem was in our panel.

I called Hollis Electric and got an outgoing message so I left a voicemail message asking for someone to call me back. Hollis called me back a couple of hours later and I told him I was having a problem with an electrical circuit at home. He told me he was so busy he wouldn't be able to get to me for at least two weeks but said he had an assistant who might be able to help me sooner but was not a licensed electrician. I asked him to text me his assistant's phone number and when he did I texted a message to the assistant describing the electrical problem in detail and what I had done to narrow it down. He answered with a message saying he was also real busy and that "with [my] attitude" he wasn't very inclined to help me. I was dumbfounded by his comment since all I had done was tell him about the electrical problem I had so I asked him what he was talking about. He answered with a message repeating that he was busy but this time saying that he was going on vacation for a week and that if I still hadn't solved the problem in that time I could call him again. He totally ignored my question about his rude comment. I gave them two stars only because they got back to me promptly.

Ralph installed a fan for us in a bathroom that never had one before. The installation looks & works great, and we've loved the timer switch he suggested we add. Very professional, good value, excellent service - highly recommend & we'd definitely call him again.
