Konstantin came by to evaluate a solar panel failure. He identified the cause and assisted me in ordering a part under warranty.
He was clean cut, polite, on time, and thorough.

Recently purchased a service contract. A technician comes out twice a year for summer / winter service.
The last 2 times, Arturo has been the tech. Always very professional and efficient. Action is lucky to have an employee like him.

I've worked with Action Air as a designer on new home builds and they did amazing work in designing and installing new systems. I've just recently had the pleasure of having one of their technicians out to diagnose an issue with my own AC. Travis the technician was very knowledgable and was able to get us up and running quickly and made several suggestions on what we need to do to make our system run better and more efficiently. They are our go-to Heating/AC company.

Amazing experience from start to finish. These guys are just amazing. The initial consult was very professional and informative. They answered all my questions, offered their professional advise, and scheduled the work the next week. The install was quick, clean, and efficient and the installers were amazing. I’m 100% satisfied and wish I could give them 10 stars.

Travis was a polite, personable professional, who responded to our call asking for help when our heat went off a couple of weeks before Christmas. He arrived on time, put on plastic shoe covers to respect our floors, and went to work checking out our problem. He got the heating restored, but told us of the larger problem with our 30-year-old heat pump system. He explained our options, both repair and replacement, not pushing either one. We chose replacement. He told us we could get a sales representative (Action calls them, "Comfort Advisors") the next day, with the promise they could do the job before Christmas. The courtesy and professionalism exceeded all of our expectations.

Travis Anderson checked out my furnace, showed me pictures he had taken during his inspection and explained his findings. He was super pleasant, professional but personable. He gave me his recommendations, did not try to oversell, and I am a happy new customer!!

The experience with Action Solar Installation was a positive one. My tech was very pleasant, knowledgeable, clear, and professional in his presentation. He was always accessible and prompt in answering our questions. The installation went smoothly with crew being courteous and tidy in the cleanup. Inspections occurred as scheduled and modifications completed as required. The only hitch was in scheduling the ladder pick up, but that detail was taken care of when the scheduling issue was corrected. We would certainly recommend Action Solar Installation without hesitation!

I just moved into my new home back in May and thought the solar panels on the roof needed cleaning, I found Action Solar on Yelp and read all the good reviews so I called them to set up an appointment.
Chrisgel came out a few days later and did a thorough job of cleaning all 42 panels. He also checked to make sure the panels were working properly. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The price was also reasonable, I’ll be using their service from now on.

Action Air has been a worthwhile investment for the management of our major appliances with heating and air conditioning? Travis's expertise and personal experience, thorough service, and helpful recommendations have proven to be cost effective and consistent with our needs for our home and budget. For an annual fee that is reasonable and budget worthy, they come out and provide maintenance and the necessary recommendations for keeping the overall needs low; allowing this home to rest at ease. Grateful for finding a company that can be trusted and depended on for our needs. Thankful they are hard working, honest, and affordable.

Action Air has always provided excellent service. I had a possible problem with my mini-split ductless system today. Arturo Rivera was the technician. He showed up on time, proceeded to examine and diagnose and explain the operation of the system. He is professional, knowledgeable, and works with great integrity. I'm so grateful for the level of service Action Air provides. I will continue to be referring this company to my friends, family, and neighbors.

Action Solar installed both our solar and battery Both Mark and Constantine were the best. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always on time. We highly recommend Action Solar.

We called Action Air for a quote on getting solar panels. Mike Barnett came out and we were so impressed with him, that we are having him come back and quote replacing our HVAC also. We have had trouble in the past with other contractors but were VERY impressed with Mike Barnett and Action Air. We would definitely recommend this company.

Not sure how Action Air is. But responses from Action Solar could have been better. Other reviews brought me to them.. Once approved and after a quick site survey, I thought every was going smooth, THEN they stopped responding.. Did not receive the Engineer plan and it was over a month. Sent questions regarding the battery and no response. Ended up canceling and wasted over a month just waiting..

Update: reached customer service. Great communication and response. This review reflects Action Solar based in Utah. Does not reflect Action solar in San Diego or Temecula. This review will be removed soon.

Excellent customer service. Mark is very knowledgeable and completed the install without any hesitation. Very pleased with Action Solar.

Steve and his team installed a new HVAC system in 2 days and did a very clean installation. They were very respectful of my property and professional. I highly recommend Action A/C for all your HVAC needs!!

Cease and desist sending your sales people to my residence. They can't read either, NO Tresspassing signs up.

If you'd like to spend $650 dollars on a warranty repair that takes them less than 2 hours to accomplish including the initial service call, then this company is for you.

Our modem went out on our solar system months ago and we were called by Action Solar two months after the fact to let us know. I usually check my solar app but with two young kids and a busy job, I hadn't checked recently.

They charged us $200 just for the service call, where the tech read a code for less than 5 minutes and then spent 35 mins in his truck apparently ordering the part that was covered by warranty.

The rep informed us that the installation would cost an additional $400. We asked for them to work with us on that cost since the service call was so short. The rep, who was friendly, said they would talk to their manager to work with us.

We had to call 3 times to inquire on the status of our part over the next month. They never called us to let us know the part was in, and finally on the 3rd call they said it had just arrived. The same rep also told us at this point that their manager had refused to work with us on the cost of the installation. We didn't really have a choice as we needed our solar working, and the manager knew this full well.

The tech came today and installed the part. He was here for an hour and 10 minutes. We were charged $450 for this installation, $50 more than the $400 we had asked for them to work with us on. $650 dollars for less than two hours of work for a part that was covered by warranty.

Avoid this company.

Mark Hoadley did a great job of identifying and fixing my issue. My original installer went out of business and I am looking forward to adding Action Solar as my new provider.

Horrible horrible experience. We had our solar installed in June, the workers showed up early which was fine, but they were blasting music and using profound language. Everything got installed within a couple days, but they were missing a part. Then they got the part and it wasn't connecting because they were trying to use T-Mobile and where we live only Verizon works. Then they said they were missing another part and still can't get it connected. After about 4 missing parts and two modems still nothing. They eventually wired the modem to the wifi and it worked until it didn't. Then our wifi went out. On top of all that instead of putting whole separate box on the house for the wiring and breaker, they decided to cram it all in our breaker box and now there isn't enough room for this new part they are still waiting for. We are now 6 months into this install and still now solar, no part and they don't want to use the Verizon service until they try all other services. I do not recommend this company at all. It's coming to the point that this company will have to come get their equipment off my house so I can can go with someone else.

Sunspired Solar checked every box and were very professional. Timeframes were clearly communicated and met. Really an enjoyable experience!
