Our office building has solar panels and I noticed that their performance was way down. I was the one who had originally suggested getting solar panels so it was my job to figure out the problem when performance dipped. I went up on the roof and saw the panels were so incredibly dirty. Like you couldn't even see the panels there was so much grime. No wonder they weren't performing well. I asked our neighbor who they used to clean their panels and they recommended OnPoint. I gave them a call and spoke with Marlon. I told him how many panels we had and all the other info and he was able to provide me a quote. Their team came out the following week and gave the solar panels a thorough cleaning. I checked the performance later in the month and it spiked right back up. They were working like new again. OnPoint did an amazing cleaning job and we will bringing them back for regular service every few months.

The OnPoint crew did an excellent job cleaning our solar panels. They look brand new now! The team found paint overspray on a number of panels, which took some extra effort to remove, which they did for a very reasonable price. The team took before and after pictures of all of the panels so I was able to verify the amount of work needed, as well as, the successful completion of the work. I recently bought a new home and the solar panels were extremely dirty with moss growing all over it and had likely been neglected for a while. I contacted On Point and they were super responsive and professional. They were able to come out quickly and take care of the panels. After they were finished, the moss was all cleaned away and disposed of and my panels looked brand new. The increase increase in energy production has been substantial and my house overall looks way better with shiny clean panels. Also, there was a melted toy on one panel from the previous owners that I thought was impossible to get off but Taylor was able to remove it and restore the panel back to looking brand new. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing solar panel cleaning or service!

Action Air Conditioning went over and above to make sure the job was done right. It turned out to be more duct work than they originally thought. They came out for two more days ... and completed the job at no extra cost.

Arturo from Action Air just left our house to check on a service issue. He arrived on time, was friendly and is making sure our issue is being taken care of.

Caesar from Action air showed right when he said he would, took only a few minutes to check my HVAC equipment and was respectful of my home in the process. He was knowledgeable about my installation and answered my questions.

After vetting numerous other companies we ended up going with Action for our solar company. Our primary reason being on of our neighbors had had a solar contractor install panels on his roof and was quite happy about it.

UNTIL shocker he had an issue with the panel itself and he had called the contractor who installed it who guess what, had vanished like smoke in the wind.

Action in their in home presentation told me they had were actually a really old HVAC company from forever ago that had gotten into solar now.

Since i'm not a big fan of fad trends that come and go I went with them since I knew if i had problems I could harass them into servicing my solar panels lol.

Doesn't matter who does the installation folks its all about the warranty protections =)

My solar installer is out of business for some reason, I reached out to Action Solar for help when there’s a problem with the system. Justin came out this morning, and quickly solved the problem, now my solar is back to work again which makes me very happy. I’ll definitely use their service again in the future.

Action Air Conditioning came out to re direct the condensation line draining in a bar sink to outside. Caesar Narvaez did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions Professionally. Thank You Action Air for hiring great people that CARE.
