Voltaic was very helpful, from the beginning Melia was hands on with my project, answered all my concerns and was a very easy person to work with. The project went very smooth with some hiccups but nothing they couldn't resolved. Highly recommend

Great service, honest and always available to answer questions. I put those qualities because I feel that they are really important when making the decision to purchase solar. Jordan made himself available and never made us feel like we were asking bad questions.
Prior to working with Jordan we had 12 panels that we purchased with our home. We noticed they weren’t saving us money like we wanted and we knew that the cost of energy was on the rise. We figured each year would get a little more expensive. We looked into a few companies, but Jordan found us the better deal.
When the installation day came we had a few issues with piping placement, but Jordan was on it and it was fixed immediately. After that everything went pretty smoothly and our additional panels are up and running. We’re saving a ton of money now on electricity!!!

I have a 6.4 KW solar system and Shaw Energy Consulting helped me to understand my home power generation and consumption patterns to best conceptually design and deliver a Tesla Wall backup strategy. He pointed me to an excellent company for detailed design and deployment and my 2 battery system is running like a charm. This is important as I have a daughter with significant medical issues where we couldn't stand a sustained power outage. The added benefit is a significantly reduced monthly electrical bills (already cheap with solar :-). Jordan coached me through the process and helped to make it real. Definitely would work with him again.

Let me start by saying I was the biggest sceptic and critic on Solar there is. I had 3 solar consultations and literally was going to throw in the towel before met Jordan. They connected me with excellent vendors (Powur Energy for equipment/installation and NBT Bank for financing), allowing me to purchase high-efficiency panels with a fantastic loan rate.
Since my system went live in January '25, my electricity bills have been a consistent $22 for three cycles – a dream come true!
Plus, I got a new service panel, and I can't even see the panels from the ground.

Shaw Energy Consulting LLC was AWESOME!! Jordan promptly responded to our inquiry and set-up an in-person meeting to explain solar and answer any questions we had. He really wanted us to understand all about solar, not just sell us a system. Jordan also encouraged us to get other bids, which we had already done. After meeting with him, we knew he was the right person to help us with our solar project. The design, planning, permitting, HOA approval and installation went seamlessly. Jordan was there through every step and available by phone/text constantly. Within a couple of weeks of the install, we had out "Permission to Operate" and were reaping the benefits of our new system. Our last bill was about $34 (SCE connection fee only), down from $221 the previous December. Again, if you are looking at putting solar on your home, we would definitely recommend Shaw Energy Consulting LLC!

During the January fires and power outages, I connected with her again to learn more about adding battery backup. Once again, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining what that process would look like.
