We have been trying to reach Action Solar on a warranty issue. Action Solar designed and installed a 23KW system on a Church in North Park. The system has not worked proper over the last 6 months, generating a fraction of what was promised in electrical output. Action solar continues to ignore the issue, they won't even come out to inspect what the problem is and won't respond to phone messages or emails. Very poor service, very unprofessional.

Travis did an excellent job for us; before he left, he reviewed several things that needed attention at the various installation heaters; he arrived on time and worked quickly

My experience working with Mark at Action Solar was excellent. He responded to my inquiry promptly, was able to diagnose the problem with my solar system, and ordered the necessary replacement parts. I would highly recommend this company.

From point of sale to installation, Action Air was professional and paid attention to detail such as making sure the duct work was attached properly and the air flow balanced The job clean was left clean during the removal and installation
of new units.

Excellent customer service and fantastic team with the installation. They were on top of the project at all times and has amazing customer service skills. They always kept me in the loop and didn't hesitate to call if needed.

This was a three day installation of a zoned heat pump system to replace our old single zone system with propane furnace. Raphael and his team were efficient, considerate and very professional. We are still getting used to the new system, but so far it works great!

Clay Tellier, I believe was the head of the team that installed my Solar system. He was very professional and competed the electrical system which looks just great. The rest of the team was busy installing the panels on the roof. They also did a great job. I am the 1st to have Solar installed in Poway Royal Estates. It took a long time due to HOA rules and SDGE approval. This will now take a lot less time to get approvals for others. Action is a great company and I will recommend them all the time.

Clay and Justin and a third Action Solar installer did a clean and thorough job making the initial installation a success.

At this stage I am very happy with a job well done.

The next stage is the city inspection, with Action Solar on hand to ensure the success of a final approval before awaiting for SDGE to tie us into their grid.

Antwon and Jimmy were very professional. They did a quality installation and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. They were also very thoughtful to wear booties in the house. After the installation Antwon was kind enough to walk me through how to use the thermostat which was integrated into Alexa. They also informed me of my future maintenance requirements in order to keep my system running for years to come. I’ve had other HVAC systems installed in my other homes and never had a team go over so much detail. Thank you!

After reaching out to multiple companies, Action Solar responded promptly and listened to my needs with my solar(from a different company) and provided the needed repair(inverter) to get my solar up and running. Mark was prompt and completed his work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Action Solar.

Arturo was very thorough and didn't waste time repairing my A/C. He was happy to answer all my questions and also explain Maintenance Plans too.
I will definately use Action Air again.

Arturo did a great job and even helped me get my automatic thermostat set up correctly. MUCH appreciated. Will help keep our bills lower I'm sure plus was a pain to remember to reset several times a day and before bed.
