One of the greatest companies, the techs are professionals and know what they’re doing. Great customer service, very professional and know what they’re doing. They did a complete panel change in a very fast, efficient and timely mannered. Would recommend 1000% to anyone looking a professional electric work done

Fantastic job! Alejandro came to help us out, he made conversation, was respectful and got the job done. Price was reasonable, would definitely recommend.

I called them a few days prior to schedule them to come out, I specified that I wouldn't be home until 4, they said that's fine and advised someone will be out. No one showed up and it is now 6pm. Don't bother trying to schedule, call a company that will show up with integrity.

I ended up getting someone out the next day and did the job, price wise it was a bit unreasonable as I asked for a simple Ring installation and the wiring was already there but somehow it was over 500 bucks.

Daniel Lamoureux was fantastic! He arrived an hour after I called and did the repairs so efficiently. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

I had a live dangerous wire which was hot and sparked flame. Also a hanging ceiling fan was hanging loose. Dangerous as my elderly father lives here and I have very young grandchildren who visit. Daniel came out from Bright and was very professional. Nd knowledgeable. He took care of both potentially dangerous situations. The cost to repair was very fair. I would highly recommend Bright Electric. Thankyou

Daniels was awesome. He showed up late at night when we had a circuit pop. He stayed to make sure things were safe and then suggested we make 2 new lines to take off the load. Our garage had wire not to code (it was there when we bought the house so the inspector blew that apparently), but he made sure that was to code. All our lines are safe and I would guess that we shouldn’t have any circuit breakers pop. Thank you Daniel…and the line looks much better now in the garage

Wonderful help from Daniel Lamoureux. We lost power unexpectedly on a Sunday night; Daniel came out and got us temp power until he could come back on Tuesday (in daylight) to restore permanent power. Throughout it all he was thoughtful, courteous, and conscientious about our safety - thank you, Daniel!

I had two prior estimates in the folks that came down. We’re unable to find the specs on the manual, but guess that it was 40 amp. I guess Alejandro found it immediately on the manual and looked at the wiring in the box and everything involved and found the best solution
It wasn’t only the price that I went for. It was the experience he did an excellent job.

Had 3 GFI outlets installed with cover plate for the one outside. Very happy with the work and end results.

Chris installed our LED trim lights and did a fantastic job. They really light up our office area.
The lights fit well and look very clean and modern. Very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them.

Miguel provided terrific service when repairing an electrical outlet that had sparked and smoked. He arrived early, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the repair with professionalism and care. I was extremely impressed with his efficiency and expertise, and I will definitely call on this company again for any future electrical needs.

Chris installed an EV charger for us and we couldn't be happier. He made room for the new breaker in our service panel and did a really clean conduit run from the panel to the charger. He even answered a bunch of our questions around upgrades/updates we are considering. Great work all around!

quickly answered my “after hours” service call on my beeping smoke detector didn’t know how to stop it. Alejandro was fantastic!! Quickly professionally responded determined it was my CO2 detector that was beeping & removed battery and beeping stopped - so I need to replace it.
Very thankful for his quick late night service call! BTW, called three other electric repairs said they were 24/7 but those take calls 24/7 and only do repairs during normal business hours.

Abe has always been responsive and helped our aging house electrical problems. Most recently replacing our whole panel, which was more complex than the typical home. Dealing with previous issues from solar panel company problems, and helping to make things solid once again. I will always continue to call upon his services and highly recommend him to anyone.

I have a reliable and fair, car repair place, plumber, appliance repair, and handy men who will charge fairly for the work they do and the time they spend. They adjust from estimated to actual work.
This was not the case with this business.
A circuit went out and seeing glowing Yelp reviews, I took a chance. I was told it could take 2 - 2 1/2 hour to diagnose and fix the problem and was quoted close to $600. However, the problem was diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes and yet they charged the full $600. I don't mind paying someone for their time and expertise but this comes to $800/hr. I deserve to have at least a $200 rebate (down to $533/hour!?!)
Problem fixed but...
After posting this (above) I got a call from the business (Mike). We discussed the events/situation described above. We each described our prospective. He agreed to rebate the $200 and seemed very sincere in wanting to retain my future business. I appreciate his response.
5 stars for the promptness, communication, and for fixing the problem.

Alejandro Alvarez was friendly and professional. He showed me what needed to be replaced and provided prices for replacement. He replaced the item (wall outlet). He suggested my wall box should be replaced and he quoted the cost. I couldn't do it at this time. He did offer to call Bright Power whenever I would be ready. I am very happy he was able to assist.
