HORRIBLE! Placed a service request through American Home Shield insurance to fix an outlet in my dining room and City Last Electric was the vendor who came to “fix” the outlet. They fixed the outlet in the dining room but damaged two outlets in the kitchen in the process! When working on the outlet in the dining room, they checked three outlets in the kitchen (I do not know why since these were not part of the request and were working just fine). Two of the three outlets in the kitchen are now not working and City Last Electric “completed” the request through my insurance (they got paid)! I now have to file another claim with American Home Shield to fix these two outlets in the kitchen since City Last Electric will not come fix what they broke (I don’t want them anywhere near my home anyway) or even pay for the damage they caused. Hopefully American Home Shield drops them as a vendor!

Company was sent by home warranty. Was late. Initial complaint was unable to plug in electrical items. Technician only inspected that socket was active never attempted to plug in an appliance, then send in false report to insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My Electrician was Pedro and I can't say enough nice things about him. He was on time, professional, efficient and very nice. He did an excellent job removing my old light fixture that broke and installed the new light fixture in my kitchen. Thank you!

This company contracts with AHS and we decided to hire them for work outside of our warranty. We hired them to replace the wiring and conduit to our outside outlet and stop the buzzing in our dimmers inside the home. Not only is our dimmers still buzzing but they fought the whole time they were here which was about 5 hours. One guy (Ignacio) stormed off and left the other guy alone to complete the job. They overcharged us for the conduit replacement. They charged 3k and told us the job would take two days. The job took 3 hours and they spent another 2 hours on the dimmers which still buzz. These guys are completely unprofessional. My recommendation is to get another quote and vet the company as well as their assessment appropriately. Lesson learned!

Very disappointed with your technician. Did not even spend 3 minutes diagnosing the problems. He just assumed that the exhaust fan needed cleaning.. Would have appreciated if take time to show me how to clean. The fans are more than 10 years old!
