A tech came here the next day, was absolutely lovely and gave a full verbal and then written description of the issues he found. Easy and fast to coordinate with, same day service on a Saturday, which was impressive. The contractor came in and helped diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed but because it was a quick job they gave me a discount. Super nice.

He came within the time frame given and as soon as he got here he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He had the parts he needed for my oven already with him so no delay in going to the store. Customer service was excellent. Thank you for fixing our oven/stove!
