He took his time and looked all over the unit. He explained what had to be done and I agreed to the service. The parts arrived a few days earlier than expected and he let me know. Andre was extremely professional, and very efficient. It was extremely important that my oven got fixed today because I am a home Baker and I had an event to do at 12:00. He immediately diagnosed the problem went out to his car to get the igniter to replace it and had it done in a blink of an eye. John a thorough diagnosis of the spin cycle problem we had with an LG front load washer. He determined that a failed drain pump was the cause of the washer being unable to drain and spin. He did an excellent job with the complex task of disassembling and reassembling the washer in order to access and replace the failed drain pump.
