We had Oleg come check out our VERY old Thermador range as we were having trouble with a number of things related to the stovetop and oven. My initial request was made on-line via his website and he was back to me within an hour, with a time for meeting the very next day. He gave me a window for arriving and never varied from that, arriving when he said he would. He got right to work, explained everything to me very clearly, estimated what it would take to fix the problem and included a couple of options. He was courteous and honest with the options mentioned which I value very much. The price was more than fair and we are very happy with all results. I will definitely be calling him again as the need arises and highly recommend him if you need quick, thorough and fairly priced work done. He even ran some diagnostics on my (also very old) Sub Zero fridge. 10/10!!

I was very impressed with AAA Appliance Repair. They returned my call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day to service our Thermador Range. Alex was professional and efficient. He quickly identified the issue and completed the repair. He also offered us tips to keep both our range and our dishwasher working well. Highly recommend.

Emil called ahead before the appointment window to ask if he could come early. He was professional, knowledgeable, good-natured, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed what he thought needed repairs and proceeded to look up the part online with me. He then quoted how much it would be with parts (with a discount on the parts) and labor. He even helped clear a clogged water line in the process. I intend to ask him back if any of my appliances need servicing in the future. Thanks Emil!

The guys came over on the same day and fixed my fridge. It was a long job and they didn't schedule time for it. But they understood the severity of a broken fridge and pushed their other appointments to accommodate me. Super responsive, timely and did a good job. Really appreciate the team and the speed.

Emil came to fix our wine fridge when it wouldn't hold a consistent temperature. He was extremely knowledgeable about Sub Zeroes and was happy to explain the problem to us in a way we understood. Honestly, he's a delight to work with. Later, when our Sub Zero freezer stopped working, he was incredibly responsive and got us back up and running again. We felt like we were in great hands the whole time.

Avoid at all cost. Estimate on fridge repair exceeded cost to buy fridge new by $80. They refused to explain why their cost exceeded the cost to buy the fridge new until I paid the $140 service fee.

The lack of price transparency and obvious price gouging means you should avoid this company.

The cold water dispenser in my Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working. I was going to try to fix it myself. After watching a few YouTube how-to videos and seeing the 5-6 possible causes of this issue, I knew I’d better hire a professional. Appliance Giants responded quickly, and sent a technician who came on time, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned the following week for the repair. The part took a while to arrive. I really missed having easy access to cold filtered water, so I was very grateful to have it back! The technician was polite and respectful as well as competent. The cost was higher than expected, but considering the cost of the part and amount of time needed to do the repair, is probably reasonable.

You are expected to pay $140 just to have them show up for an estimate, which was just a simple photo in my case and I could have provided the same. I respect that the technician had to make an inspection, but the $140 just to show up and make you feel committed with them is NOT a good way to do business.
Then, they quote you $250 for a part that costs $125 and they refuse to match or let me provide my own part. With the total repair cost it would have been cheaper to just purchase new, but they then say they don’t do installations even though the technician originally suggested it was possible.

Bad jujus all around, stay away. I cut my losses and considered that inspection sunk cost

4 stars purely because of the service technician, Victor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, upfront and clear with everything.

Our LG refrigerator’s door alarm was malfunctioning and wouldn’t stop beeping despite the troubleshooting we did.

I called and requested urgent same-day service which surprisingly was available per the dispatcher/scheduler. I was given a two hour timeframe and anticipated some lateness, but not to the extent we experienced. When I called to get updates, I was given estimates that weren’t accurate. It would’ve been optimal to be upfront and clear about the actual estimated times, rather than overpromising and not being able to meet expectations. It could’ve been an issue with communication between the tech and the dispatcher but nonetheless, it made an already annoying experience more irritating.

All that said, when the technician finally arrived that evening, he was courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable, and diligently worked to diagnose and fix the problem. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the issue on the first visit, and we agreed to have the parts ordered in an attempt to resolve the issue. We went about a week without our refrigerator.

When the parts arrived, Victor returned, and showed up within the time frame of the appointment . He was thorough and tried to resolve the issue but unfortunately our refrigerator continued to beep despite the repair. Victor was able to disable beeping mechanism with our permission, so we could have some more time and use with our refrigerator. Thanks Victor!

I would recommend this business with the caveat of making sure you try to get the first appointment of the day, and manage your expectations on how long things will take.
It may be worth your time to call the manufacturers service line directly to see if you can get someone out and/Or do research on the appliance that you are thinking of buying (checking for # of service calls) and if you can, stick with something simple, the more bells and whistles the more potential issues.

It was a pleasure to have Aleksandr working on and fixing my microwave oven. He was very pleasant, professional, prompt and courteous. I received text message reminders about my appointment and when Aleksandr was on his way to my home. Their office personnel was also professional and helpful. Excellent company!
