They repaired my washer and dryer and did a great job. Sean and partner were very diligent and I highly recommend them.

Fast response on a Friday late afternoon. Technician was friendly and professional. The technician did a temporary fix until a part came in. The temporary fixed worked!! I was kept informed on the part delivery date. I will definitely will use Appliances Giant again

Stay away from this company!
We booked an appointment to have a tech repair our washing machine. After waiting the entire 2 hour window and an additional hour, we called for an ETA. We were then told that there was no tech available.
We were in a time crunch so we booked a makeup appointment a few days later. My wife and I were both at work so our 19 year old daughter agreed to handle the visit. The tech arrived and looked at the washer, but did not touch it. He gave us a repair quote and said he needed to order a part. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO START TELLING MY DAUGHTER HOW BEAUTIFUL SHE IS.
I called to tell them how inappropriate this behavior is, but the supervisor did not seem concerned.

I will use them again and again and have told my family and friends about them. Kirill in particular was so helpful and efficient and informative. This company stayed in touch with me as to appt and arrival. Did a thorough visit and service and I could not be happier. It’s easier said than done to find appliance service that does the job right and shows up.
This place does that and more.

Repair person came and went. Didn’t really address orange flame which doesn’t seem correct. Will watch burner but no cleaning or anything was done for the $99 charge

Not a great experience - took several weeks and I had to prepay for the part, their “solution” to replace the (expensive) door hinge does not appear to have solved the problem

A live human rather than an A.I. answered the phone, which helped for scheduling an appointment. The repair tech was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. His level of service was top-notch.

I needed a simple repair on my refrigerator ice maker which only required that the arm regulating the amount of ice be reinserted. The price quoted on the website for a service call was $99.00 which was supposed to be applied to any labor. The labor took less than 15 minutes and I was charged $250.00. THIS IS A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!! AVOID THIS SITE AND FIND A LOCAL CO TO DO THE SAME JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!!!!!

Greatly appreciate the prompt scheduling of repair. I was informed of the problem and the cost of repairing it. Technician was efficient and diligently completed repair without difficulty. I received a follow up call three days later. I highly recommend company.

The tech Sergei was able to quickly diagnose the problem and order the appropriate parts. He was sharp, professional and very knowledgeable. Final repair when parts arrived was quick and he left the workspace spotless. They are very prompt and responsive. Would highly recommend this business!!!

Alexander was extremely professional, knew the appliances and was unbelievably polite. He immediately identified and fixed our dishwasher issue and spent time to determine a quick and affordable solution to our refrigerator door problem. I would have a given him six star review if that was an available option. We will definitely use him on our other properties. He was GREAT!

Updating this review from 1 to 3 stars since the Management promptly called and discussed my experience and said they they would take the appropriate action post verification. I was given a full refund with an assurance that this won’t happen again.

Eugene Ivanov from Appliance giants came for a diagnostic inspection for $99 to check the clogged drain in my Bosch dishwasher. He came late, tried running the dishwasher for 5 mins and then told me it will cost $450 to clean the drain pipe. He gave no explanation of the breakdown or work involved. He was uninterested and didn’t care about the job. I called their office while he was here and asked if their technician or they can provide a breakdown of the work involved. They just said it’s the technicians call and not based on any pricing standard. I finally paid him for the Diagnostic visit only and sent him away.
I was able to get it repaired at half the cost from another licensed technician from a different company who arrived the same day and repaired it in record time.
Never going back to Appliance Giants

I had my refrigerator “repaired” and I use the term loosely, on October 29, 2025. It was making a loud noise from the fan and was not cooling inside the fridge. A guy came out who had no idea what he was doing, had to call the office, is there one, to get assistance. They order part which took over a week to get. When it arrived they told me they would arrive between 3-5. No one showed, I had to. All and complain, so they ended up showing up at 8:30 PM. Fast forward to December 26, 2025, the exact same thing is happening to my fridge, I called and they told me it’s out of warranty and they would have to charge me a service call. YOU KIDDING ME…??? These people are a joke and unprofessional, they use shoddy parts and will steal your money and WILL NOT stand behind their work. They don’t even show up in work trucks, they pulled up to my place in a beat up Toyota Camry…I filed a complaint with my bank AND the BBB…These heathens have no place conducting a business…THIEFS…!

This company seemed great to work with at first since they worked with our maintenance software Property Meld. As time went along the work ethic of their employees declined. Missed appointments, declining phone calls, not keep track of tenants that needed to be scheduled versus work that was approved and needed to be completed. I have been trying to work with their office for the past two weeks to get things streamlined since we have frustrated tenants that have appliances that are not functioning. Would not recommend if you are juggling multiple properties.

We recently had an issue with our Bosch dishwasher, which started acting up about four years after purchase. Thankfully, we had purchased the Appliance Service Plan from Bosch, so we were covered. Upon contacting Bosch directly, we were informed it would take around 20 days for a technician to come out and review the issue. However, Bosch gave us the option to call a certified third-party repair service instead, which led us to Appliances Giants/Appliance Repair in San Francisco.

From the very beginning, the experience with Appliances Giants/Appliance Repair was smooth and professional. Igor, the technician, was punctual and thorough. He arrived on time, conducted a detailed inspection, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing certain parts to resolve the issue. I worked with Bosch to inform them of his findings.

Once Bosch approved the parts replacement, Appliances Giants/Appliance Repair took over seamlessly. They promptly ordered the necessary parts and kept us informed every step of the way. When the parts arrived, they scheduled a follow-up appointment without delay, and Igor came back to complete the repair.

The entire process--from diagnosing the issue to completing the repair--was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Igor's expertise and attention to detail made a potentially frustrating situation much easier to deal with.

We began noticing a strong vibration coming from our front control dishwasher during the drying cycle. Instead of jumping straight to part replacement, Dave observed a full run to understand when the noise appeared. He traced it to a misaligned internal fan assembly and corrected the positioning rather than replacing the entire unit. After securing the components, he rechecked performance to ensure the vibration was gone. The approach felt technical and thoughtful, not rushed. The dishwasher is now quiet again, and the repair was far more reasonable than we expected.

So technician Oleksandr showed up to my home. Very polite and professional about his work ethic. He troubleshooted our wine appliance and made the necessary repairs without having to order parts as it didn’t need it. Made it operate like new again.

I was very pleased with the work. Kerry showed skill and creativity to solve a difficult problem.
