As a single female home owner, it’s difficult to get quality support with knowledgeable professionals. Kerry was incredibly patient and took time to explain what was happening. He helped me assess and clean my dryer vents even though he was here to fix my washer.

First, I love this company, because even though it was a Sunday, they responded to my online request for an appointment immediately. Second, I appreciate that they have an online system through which you can schedule an appointment.

Third, and most importantly to me, the technician who came out was efficient, pleasant, considerate of our home and knowledgeable. He was even putting the process of ordering the needed parts into motion as he assessed the problem. He came back within a couple of days with the needed part, and was in and out in 15-minutes!

After 2020 I had a terrible time finding a reliable appliance repair company for our needs; it was one bad experience after another. So, I was a bit skeptical about the service I would receive. Kerry did an amazing job repairing our deli equipment. I initially tried to replace the capacitor myself, but it didn’t work. I found Prime Fix Appliances Repair through Yelp and set up an appointment for an initial assessment. Kerry identified the issue within an hour and came back a week later with the necessary part. The price was reasonable, and scheduling the appointment was very easy over the phone. He is very diligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Talked to someone over there on the phone looking to repair my Samsung fridge. He was probably the owner.

In short, he doesn't repair Samsung fridges but he was nice enough to offer a few tech recommendations and also gave me advice in what to do in the meantime before calling a tech. On top of that he even gave me fridge brand recommendations (KitchenAid, GE, Frigidaire) if I did need to replace this fridge.

Avoid Samsung fridges since he was 1 out of 3 local technicians that dont touch Samsung. The only authorized tech that Samsung recommended is poorly reviewed.

This guy has won me as a future customer and I appreciated how he took his time to explain things to me over the phone and answered my questions.

Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning good, but they fixed it quick. Now the dishes are clean, and I'd recommend their repair.

Running out of ice in this heat was a pain. They quickly diagnosed and repaired our ice maker. If you need your ice maker fixed, these are the folks to call.

The fridge door wasn’t closing right, and it turned out to be a hinge issue. They replaced the hinge and realigned everything. Now the door shuts tightly again, great job guys!

Upon scheduling a visit, a technician came out to inspect my fridge only after many follow up calls from myself. Again after a week of follow up calls from me, no one has gotten back to me about next steps. Also every time you call, email or get a receipt a different company name is listed.

Completely exceeded expectations. We’re on time, clear, fair. Definitely recommend for appliance repair.
