Exactly a week ago a tech came out to fix a fridge that had stopped cooling. The tech seemed to think a temporary fix would last a year but a week later it stopped cooling again. When I called about trying to find a solution he offered to send a tech again to do the same thing he already did even though it didn’t help it was clear they weren’t capable of fixing the problem. When I asked if I could part of money back he said absolutely not even though the service they provided didn’t work. This review is for people to think if what they’re offering you is worth because there’s no back if doesn’t work.

I was blown away by how much extra help they offered without charging more. Their technician was so organized and skilled on fixing my refrigerator hinge. Now my fridge works perfectly again! We'll absolutely call them for future repairs and tell all our neighbors about them too.

Allstate was great. Admin person booked my appt same day and Mike was on time and friendly. He fixed my dishwasher and kept my kitchen clean during the service. After 3 days of the unit being down, Mike got it back in service within 90 mins.

There are two appliance repair companies in San Francisco that have 35+ years of experience. I called the first one and after 10 rings with no answer, I called Allstate. After 2 rings, I got a person on the line and booked 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm window on the same day. Dimitri arrived at 12:00 noon, looked at the dryer and asked a few questions. He said he knew what was wrong, could fix it and gave a quote. He came across as trustworthy and as someone who knows what he's doing. This is very important to first time customers. He had to get a part and scheduled the repair the following morning. He was quick, friendly and professional. I will definitely call Allstate and Dimitri for my next appliance repair need.
