We have used Prime Fix several times over the past year, and have nothing but praise for them. They are responsive, courteous, careful/clean, and they come when they say they will, or let you know if they are delayed. We have worked with 3 different Prime Fix people, and all of them were terrific. They worked on our LG washer/dryer, and our Bertazzoni refrigerator.

Their focus is clearly on quality; this is not a super-cheap service. They use original manufacturer's parts, they sometimes need 2 people for the work (e.g., moving and reinstalling a refrigerator). But everything was done beautifully. In this case, you do get what you pay for.

First Class service! Prime Fix scheduled very quickly and the tech came on time. He fixed the problem and gave me maintenance tips to prevent future troubles. I highly recommend Prime Fix for home appliance service!

The technician was professional, courteous and no waste time. He checked the problem, explained to me what he's going to do and the cost. I called Prime Fix Appliances Repair to come out and replace a faulty ignitor. The service technician (Kerry) was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He replaced the faulty unit in no time and my gas oven was back in service. I highly recommend them.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Denys and team fixed my exhaust hood for my stove, which is over 20 years old. It stopped working and no one specialized in mine. But Denys was referred to us and I'm so glad.

Not only did he estimate, get the part, and install it he FIXED the bad installation. It was installed incorrectly and was allowing flies from the outside vent to get trapped and didn't efficiently draw out the air. I was able to clean the grease and years of build up. Ew. He didn't balk and just kept working studiously.

I now have a high-powered fan that makes stove cooking much more fun. It was worth every penny.

Arrived in time, diagnosed issue within minutes and luckily he had one last belt that would fit my dryer in order to fix it. And fix it he did…I’m less than 45 minutes! So happy to have my Dryer in working order again and happier to have found Prime Fix Appliances! Definitely recommend them and will use for any appliance needs I have in the future.

My 17 year old washer started making sounds it shouldn't so I contacted Prime Fix to schedule an appt for someone to check it. They called me back within an hour (on a Sunday, no less!) and scheduled the appt for the next day. The person who came was great, testing the entire machine. In the end, it's time for a new washer, but I appreciate the honestly and the help as I look at new options. Excellent service. I will be adding Prime Fix to my "go to" list of appliance service techs.

Prime Fix Appliances Repair was great to work with. They offered me multiple appointments including same day. Kerry arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven, and fixed it within the hour. I would definitely call them again for household appliance issues.

Extremely knowledgeable, and although we didn't end up going ahead with the repair at time, the $99 diagnostic fee was very much worth it. I had to spend quite a lot of time to find a genuine local repair business that was not just a referral service that pretended to be in the East Bay. This is the real thing.

On time, completely professional. Cleaned off some amassed gunk and said it would probably be ok - they could have sold me a new motor and I’d never had known the difference. I appreciate honesty like that and highly recommend Prime Fix!

Kerry did an amazing job repairing my dishwasher and refrigerator. My dishwasher was not draining water, but after Kerry’s magic touch, it’s working perfectly fine now. He also noticed that my refrigerator had a loose cover and voluntarily fixed it for me. I’ve never had a technician who was this knowledgeable, skilled at repairing appliances, and provided such great service. I will definitely come back again for anything that needs to be repaired.

Denis came out to our house in record time and had all the parts that we needed and went way above and beyond and fixing all the things that we needed fixed. He was pleasant to deal with such a nice guy and he has made our Christmas. We now have a working oven. Thank you so much.. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone
