They were able to schedule us in quickly and the technician arrived in the time window. He was polite and was able to find the problem and correct it. Very few companies fix stove vents and they worked out very well. I'm happy they were willing to come out from SF to the east bay.

The best!!! I had a leak under my refrigerator, and I worried about my wood floor, they juggled their appointments and came out the same day. The two technicians weere able to fix the broken water line, and re route it so that it will be easier to access in the future. I cannot say enough good things about the company, the technicians and the process. thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Prime Fix Appliance Repair. My dishwasher was giving me an error and they were able to come out the next day. Kerry was very helpful and professional. He was able to fix the problem and make some adjustments to help it not happen again. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and I plan to use their services in the future.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Prime Fix Appliances repair. Originally we called about a range hood electrical issue and then they did further work on SubZero side by side. All work was expertly done from trouble shooting faults to recommended solution from diagnostics. Kerry/Kiril was extremely well prepared and explained everything in detail. Arrives on time and is very professional and knowledgeable. Denys kept everything in the kitchen clean as he worked on our Dynasty Professional stove to replace both burned out griddle thermostats. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future. Very fair pricing.

We had a problem with the evaporator fan on our Liebherr frig and Kerry immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and no extra charge beyond the service call fee. I felt like he was there just to take care of the problem and could trust him to play no games. He is very knowledgeable about other appliances and models and will use him again for other appliance issues in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this company.

What started out as a small repair of a Subzero refrigerator quickly became much more complicated when Kerry and team investigated, but his service and dedication was impeccable and the refrigerator is now working well again.
