Nick was the second repairman to try and figure out the problem with our dishwasher. From the second he walked in, I knew we were in good hands. He called the dishwasher manufacturer to ask some questions, had a plan of attack, developed his own theory as to what was wrong and saved us time and money by being correct. Not only that, he did all this the next day after diagnosing the problem. The first company got it wrong and it took weeks to schedule. I couldn’t be happier and will go back to Delta from now on.
