I've used this great company before and value the promptness and the skills. I overloaded my washer, and I called. She said it probably overheated, and I should just unplug it and wait for it to cool for a few hours. Dont want to service it if it can fix itself, she said. I did as advised, and I restarted it successfully a few hours later. I will follow her advice to never overload. These old Kenmores seemingly last forever. Many thanks for the service.

Parkside Appliance is a gem. My older Speed Queen washing machine leaked and had a hole in the gasket, and I was debating whether or not to just purchase a new washing machine and have them install it. They reassured me that a new gasket would fix the issue and were able to get it fixed quickly, and it works great again. These are extremely nice, honest people.

Rick was on time and fantastic. The job was a quick fix and he only charged me half the estimated cost.
If you want an honest repair service i highly recommend Parkside.
