My dryer went on strike and would not negotiate so I called Parkside to mediate repair and resolution. Rick rolled up with a tool belt and experience. After troubleshooting and weighing options, my dryer dec I decided to cooperate and Rick rode off into the sunset with another happy lifetime customer.

Rick was prompt and thorough. He gave his honest opinion on whether the issue was my appliance or how I was using it. Such honesty is hard to come by. I would recommend him for any repairs.

This is a wonderful multigenerational company that is very responsive and provides wonderful customer service. They replaced my 90 year old mom's dishwasher and made it stress

Nina gave us the gas dryer options and the model numbers for us to compare at 3rd party retailers. We compared and we chose to purchase the dryer they have in stock. Rick came to deliver and install a couple days later. Quick, timely and dependable. Can’t beat them in SF.

Parkside Appliance is a 3 generation family owned business with deep roots in the Bay Area. They seem to have a solid business and reputation. Rick is great! He definitely knows what he’s doing, easy to work with, and explains what’s going on in ways that are understandable!
Scheduling with Nina was easy. She was warm and responsive, even given the long holiday weekend.

Parkside Appliance is amazing! Rick is friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! He diagnosed the problem instantly and fixed our ancient dryer twice now. The rate is quite reasonable.
