You can't ask for a more dependable, super honest, and pro level servicing. Fast response time (same day) and turn around (within an hour) when my dryer cried sos. Forget the shops that charge $60-$90 prognosis fee just to show up at your door. They usually answer with "how can make you smile today?" Puh-pleeez, don't fall for that bs. Atech is the real deal.

Jesus took the money for parts up front and never returned to make the repair. He did not respond to calls or emails. He is a con artist. He is not licenced. He has no shop. His address is a apartment building on Taravel. Do not give him any money up front. A professional repairman should have a business account to buy the parts needed once he accepts the job. We need to run this guy out of San Francisco. He is shady and running a fraudulent business. I cannot believe Google endorses this shady guy. Atech is a front.

WE had a little emergency with a refrigerator. Called Tech on a recommendation from our neighbor. Wa hoping to get them to come out within 3 days, but they were able to help us that same morning.
The service tech new exactly what the problem was and made the necessary repairs in about an hour.
The charges were really reasonable, so we asked if they could come back at a later date to service our stove which is a commercial grade beast. We were given an appointment for the following afternoon.
I would highly recommend this company.

Jesus from Atech Appliance Repair is THE BEST. He's been fixing things in our house for years: dishwashers, refrigerators, washers/dryers, etc.. He always comes when he says he will (important for a working person who, for example, may have taken the day off to be at home so one or the other appliance can get fixed!), and when he arrives he's efficient, quick, and responsible. When something finally succumbed to age and we had to purchase a new one, he gave advice about which ones were good and which ones to avoid. I'm so grateful that I stumbled upon him when we moved to the Bay Area 15 years ago. He's a gem!

Our dryer broke down called another company and they were going to take a week for them to come check out or dryer . Meanwhile was looking through online and found Atech through google . I left them a messege and in less than 2 minutes i received a text . Jesus came in less than 15 minutes and fixed my dryer in less than an hour ! He was very profession wore gloves and a mask and he also speaks spanish !! He was very nice !i like how he gave me an invoice of how much the parts cost and how much his service was going to be ! I will forsure refer jesus to All my family and friends !

I don't know what happened to this company, but the service is the worst! I've used them probably 4 times and service tech used to be reliable. However the last couple of times we've had issues. Last year we phoned to have a washer / dryer serviced and our calls were never returned, so we just called someone else and wrote it off to the pandemic.

This time we needed the Bosch dishwasher repaired so we called because they serviced the unit successfully about a year earlier. Big mistake.

My dishwasher has been out of service over 30 days since tech was dispatched! I paid $147 to replace a part which did not fix the issue. When he left he told us he was going to check with manufacturer to see if system needed a new motherboard. That was 3 weeks ago.

I've phoned multiple times and left messages, and he just ignores my calls. I've tried to be patient but feel like the service is very unprofessional and he just doesn't care enough to update his customers.

This shop is just too small and unreliable. Don't waste your time.

I'm glad I called Atech Appliance this morning. Jesus identified the problem with my fridge in less than 3 minutes and fixed it within the hour. He explained what was wrong with it, showed me the problems, and talked to me about the pros and cons of getting a new fridge. He fixed the mechanism for way less than the cost of a new appliance, and was super nice, knowledgable, and informative. I'm definitely going to use their service for all of my future appliance repair needs.

Jesus came as my fridge was broken. My landlord called him to repair my fridge and he failed to repair the fridge. When I pressed him on the details he refused to provide me with any identification or a business card after letting him into my residence. It was super sketch. Definitely do not recommend him and would not let him in my apartment again.

Jesus V., left us high and dry. After promising to look at an appliance for us, he missed his first appointment all together, then was over and hour late for his second. Then when he had finally identified what he thought was the problem, and we were able to track down the part we needed, we called Jesus to do the repair and he never returned our 3 calls attempting to reach him, no apologies no explanation. My family has hired this company for over a decade now. I highly recommend their service for your appliances. They are friendly, communicative, honest and fair. He will not over charge you or try to nickel and dime you. He's very good at what he does and knows all the tips and tricks about appliances.

The absolute worst. Jesus spent two days trying to repair my oven. He charged me almost $1000 to fix something that wasn't even the problem and said he was waiting on a part to fix the main issue. We called and called and never heard from him again. Finally, we called a real repair service, the guy had the part in his truck and he fixed it in an hour and half. If I could give negative stars, I would.
