My repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. Their technician came the same day I requested service, made the diagnostics and repair, and returned the next day with the parts needed to make a permanent repair. Moreover they are very responsive and will come to follow up even during weekends. I will definitely use this company again when needed.

Sam (our technician) arrived during the agreed upon window. He was aware of the importance of fixing our appliances and very professional.

Technician was very professional and honest. I liked that a lot. The part for our stove he ordered from from some part stock, the arrived next day and implemented it quite fast and without any dust.

For our fridge, we had to call him for two separate times for different issues. He was honest and told us when repairs were not worth it.
Service prices are reasonable and technicians are willing to come in the late afternoon/early evening when I'm home from work. That’s what I appreciate!

We've had an amazing experience with United Appliance Repair. They were very prompt in sending the technician the next day after I called. As we needed our fridge to be fixed asap it meant a lot to us. I strongly recommend them for their great service and responsiveness to customers

I do not usually give 5 stars as my standards for service are quite high... but these folks were/are amazing!!
I contacted United Appliance Repair because our rental unit kitchen oven was not working properly. I tried to get parts through small companies but neither of them had heard of the brand before.
Frustrated I contacted United Appliance Repair through their website, they gave me a time for the appointment with a two-hour window. They showed up on time with the appropriate part and were done before they said they would be. The amount they quoted me to do the repair is what they billed me.
They are honest, fair priced, reliable and friendly.
I will definitely use their service again if we need a household units repairing.

Technician was really nice and help with my oven.

What I didn't like was the accounting department contacted me (phone, text, and email) 7 times within 26 hours after the technician came out and fixed my oven. I tried to pay right after with the technician but their system was not working. Truely soured my experience with them.

Response time was excellent, with 4 hours of calling. Technician diagnosed issue ( oven igniter not heating) and made the repair on the spot. Very happy with the service and would definite use again if the need arises.

The repair man very good and reliable, His name is Derek and he fixed ny stove right away. Since then no problem. Few months later my washing machine belt broke and he replaced it and since no problem. I recommend to everyone and he is honest and not giving you or charging with extra repair cost.

The repairman Max was very professional and did an excellent and thorough job of fixing my dryer. Our dryer had smoke coming from it and Max found the issue, serviced the dryer, cleaned and repaired it. I have used other dryer repair services in the city before but I recommend these people. The price was totally reasonable for the excellent service and proper job. Thank you.

I live in San Jose and was pleasantly surprised that the operator answered the phone even after hours. My cooler stopped working and contacted this office. Lady asked me some questions, reassured me, we understood that this was not an emergency, she would have prescribed it yesterday, but I couldn’t. Max, from United HVAC arrived promptly as scheduled, but the odd noise in my refrigerator had temporarily stopped! He identified the cause of the noise after I sent him a video when the noise reoccurred, returned with the part and repaired it. I recommend this company for any repairs. They are professional, prompt, and experienced.

Had our Fridge conk out on a weekend. Untied Appliance repair was the only company that would come out. Not only that they fixed the problem. Bad circuit board. We moved not long ago and the move was pretty hard on the fridge and we noticed signs of the fridge failing again. Called up United Appliance repair and scheduled a tech for the next day. The tech showed up on time. Was friendly, checked things out and fixed the problem quickly. The fan had come off the holder. Love this place and will use them again!

Very timely in repairing my refrigerator. My heater and defroster broke and it got fixed in a timely me manner. The labor was pricey but they were the quickest for getting the fix done.

I called to company and they scheduled the appointment for weekend day (which was comfy for me). We were very happy with their repairman, acknowledged technician David who quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer, located the necessary part and returned to install it. He took the time to explain each step of the process.That was lovely. I liked to have business with them. They got my trust ;)

My 13 year old Maytag refrigerator ice maker stopped dispensing ice and the cool temperature was fading. I chose United Appliance Repair based on customer reviews. I was able to get a diagnosis the same day from technician, Sam who discovered the refrigerator needed freon. He was very courteous and contacted other technician Max who is familiar with
this type of repair. Max came the next day, went out of his way to test and fix a leak in the coil, but it was eroded and explained my refrigerator needed a whole new coil. Max ordered the new part after I decided I wanted UAR to complete the project. As soon as Max received the new coil, he came back to fix my refrigerator installing the new coil and testing it. My refrigerator is like brand new and the ice maker is dispensing ice again, and the cold temperature is back. I would definitely use United Appliance Repair again. They saved me a lot of money as I was going to buy a brand new refrigerator which cost 4 times the amount I paid for the one United Appliance Repair fixed at a reasonable cost
