Although United Appliance Repair could not fix our fridge and our initial interaction with the technician wasn’t the best. They immediately called us to make it right. Based on the turnaround in customer service with care, compassion and empathy I would recommend them for your next appliance repair.

I had a great experience with United Appliance. They recently fixed a water leak in my air conditioning. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and the pricing was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any more repairs. Thank you for the excellent service!

Tech seemed knowledgeable. It was difficult to communicate since English was not his native language. My one pet peeve is when any contractor thinks they know best and tries to man-splain things to me. Tech shut off the water to the fridge and I asked him to leave it on. He then said why would I want to do that if it wasn’t being used. After he left I had to figure out what he did and undo it…a hassle and inconvenience. He also left the water from the outside off, and I confirmed if he put things back the way they were when if arrived. I paid $120 for him to tell be fridge was not worth fixing. I keep a list of contractors I would refer and give repeat business and United will not be on my list.

Sam is very knowledgeable and does a great job, is friendly, and leaves things clean. The office keeps so easy to communicate with and they schedule promptly. We will definitely use them again!

Our washing machine stopped working so we contacted UAR to come out and give us a quote to see what was wrong. With a busy schedule, I asked if they could accommodate it and also give me a call and text updates on when the handyman would arrive. I was pleased to find that they were very open to that.

Our handyman that came to our house was very knowledgeable and quick. He was able to find the root cause of the problem in what seemed like less than 10 minutes!

He was able to order a new part and came back once it arrived to fix the problem.

I would recommend untitled appliance repair and will use them again in the future for any other repair problems.

September 2025- Max fixed my LG washer dryer combo by replacing the main control board. He was professional and efficient.

December 2025- the washer dryer broke again, and after some scheduling issues, the company stood by their warranty and sent Max back to look at the LG washer dryer. It wasn’t the main control board this time, but Max fixed the problem quickly anyway. I appreciate the customer service and would recommend United Appliance to others for appliance repair.

United Appliance Repair is definitely a company I would call again ,they came and fixed my washer in an appropriate amount of time and then when our dryer went out we had them again come back. We enjoyed their qUality of work and honesty about what needed fixing, their prices were fair and their employees always pleasant, they show up on time and get the job done and clean up any messes. They are great!

I had a problem with my washer draining. Andrew from First California Appliances visited on the same day to make a diagnostic. He cleaned a filter but unfortunately a drain pump had to be replaced. He had the part in his car and repaired my washer immediately. I am very impressed by the professional service of this company. Great price, very quick and customer oriented. Vitaly has been to our house twice in the past two weeks. First to freplace a refrigerator ice maker that had been broken for more than a year, and today to fix a range that had burners that didn't work. We've had three repairmen trying to fix it in the last two years. Vitaly diagnosed the probable cause when he came to fix the refrigerator, and today he fixed the range. He is a hard worker and can figure out any appliance issue. We are very thankful!
