Igor was great. Friendly, efficient, explained what he needed to do, did it, then showed us exactly what had gone wrong and what we needed to do in the future to make sure it didn’t happen again. Very positive experience.

I was able to get an appointment promptly and at a convenient time. Daniel showed up professional and was pleasant. He explained how he could fix the problem with my older model dishwasher. The cost was reasonable and had the part in his vehicle. The dishwasher was fixed within an hour and Daniel cleaned up before he left. I will definitely use and recommend All State Appliance Repair.

These folks are fantastic. They've kept me from having to buy a new washer or dryer for several decades. They always come out quickly -- I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a day or two. Usually they can come same day (or the next day if I'm calling on a weekend). And they always do a great job repairing my machines. They take very little time to diagnose the problem, then give you a firm quote for how much it will cost for the repair. Very professional & efficient. They are truly wonderful & I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

We depend on our washer and dryer. When our regular repair guy disappeared, someone suggestion All State Appliance repair. Appointment process was easy and within a 24 hrs I think. Repair took less than an hour and suggestion on next step. Happy with work and warranty.

We were pleased with the service we received from Allstate Appliance Repair. We called to request an appointment on Wednesday afternoon, and Dimitri came out to our home the very next morning. Dimitri is knowledgable, friendly and professional. He arrived within the window of time that was promised and he was efficient and thorough when fixing our washing machine. We will definitely be requesting Dimitri again should something go awry with any of our other household appliances.

Once again, Igor did a thorough professional job in today repairing our oven. When we need help with a kitchen repair, we call All-State Appliance Repair first.

Charged me $220 for 15 mins of labor. First the tech said $200 for the job but when he was done he said there is still parts and tax to add on. That should’ve been said beforehand. The tech replaced the door switch on my dryer.

*Update: Igor, the owner contacted me and was quick to rectified the issue, including a refund which I appreciate. For that reason I am changing the rating to 5 stars.

Same day appointment in SF (yay!!!) Dimitri was late due to communications snafu And initially thought that the pump was gone ($385) on my Bosch dishwasher after Examining Drain system found a piece of plastic wedged into the impeller And was able to free it, which fixed the problem. Kudos for honesty and explaining nuances of dishwasher care along with advice on replacing my refrigerator which is also going south. All State is my go to for appliance from now on!!!!

Nice, fast worker with lots of knowledge about Miele dishwashers. But $800 is pretty expensive for a drain pump repair. That is 1/2 the cost of a new one!! Sure hope my dishwasher lasts for another 10 yrs. Here’s hoping I won’t need to call them ever again.

Was looking for wolf range repair. Found this business on Yelp. They were the fastest to respond, and I got an appointment fairly quickly. Diagnosis was fast and efficient, then I was charged for parts and labor completely up front. Igor returned to do the job once the parts came in, and he got it done correctly, with 1 year warranty. Clearly they are experienced and capable. I did not have any problems but I would rate 5 stars if a more positive demeanor. Will likely call them again if the range needs further repairs.
