Use Quality Appliance Repair if you want honest, fast, and reasonably priced service. We've used them twice now for fridge issues, and each time Sergey thoroughly explained the issue in layman's terms, and gave us honest feedback on options to fix it. Highly recommend.

The team at Quality Appliance was so easy to work with. The job ended up being a tougher repair than anticipated and they had to come back for a second day but they honored the initial estimate. That sort of integrity is IMPOSSIBLE to find in the repair industry. Cannot recommend enough.

Sergey was excellent in assessing issues with our washer, dryer and oven and provided solutions to each item. He was very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient.

Sergei set expectations, knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem, which included removing ice accumulation and replacing the gaskets on a 12 year old 42" Kitchenaid that was otherwise working fine.

Everything from making the appointment to Sergey's repair of my 15 year old Miele dishwasher was great. The appointment was a "window" of two hours, and as I was told when making the appointment, Sergey texted me he was on his way just before the window. He was very courteous, explained in detail what was going on. The "diagnosis" was made carefully and thoroughly, and he ended up replacing a part. I will definitely call Quality Appliance in the future when I need help.

Replaced the igniter on my Blue Star oven. Quality Appliance Repair was efficient to contact and provided a timely service appointment. Sergey was polite and efficient as well. He was knowledgeable and capable.

Updated Post (3rd Visit): Our refrigerator is finicky so we had to have it worked on again. Sergey was excellent as in the past. It's nice to see there is still such a thing as pride in workmanship and high level competence. Much appreciated Sergey!

Updated Post (2nd Visit): This is the second time we have had Sergey come to repair an appliance. This time a dryer. Same awesome service, professionalism and fair price. He was in and out in 1 hour, fixed the dryer and it's now better than ever. Highly recommend this company and Sergey in particular.

Original Post (1st Visit): Sergey from Quality Appliance Repair was excellent! The company was responsive and fixed a couple of things with our refrigerator quickly and at a good price. We also had a much more tricky fix on a range hood where Thermador is no longer making parts. Sergey came up with a creative solution by fabricating a new bracket to fix the existing part - it's probably stronger now than a new part would have been. Excellent work, good communication, a nice company to interact with and highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Quality Appliance and specifically Sergey. We had two technicians come out before him to assess issues on our Wolf dual fuel oven / range, specifically with the oven being slow to heat and also not turning the heating element back on after the oven door was opened and closed. The first quoted an unreasonably high amount and the second clearly had not worked on this type of Wolf despite claiming they had. We also called the only certified repair service for Wolf for the Bay Area, and they wanted to charge $260 just to come out for a diagnostic appointment.

By this time we had already purchased replacement control and relay boards (thought I’d try doing it myself - ultimately decided not to given all the sensitive wiring) and were looking to just have them installed since we couldn’t return them. I found Quality Appliance on Yelp and was directed to Sergey, who was willing to give a price for the install without also requiring a diagnostics visit first. He arrived on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the control board and relay boards with care, and thoroughly tested all the components while the boards were exposed. He also identified that the main oven heating element was not working, and confirmed by checking the electrical resistance at both the relay board and on the element itself. He gave instructions on what part to order and how to fix it, as well as a common design failure mode to watch out for.

Was very happy to find Sergey after so many technicians before, and will definitely be using him and Quality Appliance again!

**SERGEY FROM QUALITY APPLIANCE REPAIR IS A FIX-IT ROCK STAR.** This is the second time I've used Quality Appliance Repair, the first time was for a Miele dishwasher repair, and the second time for a Maytag Magic Chef stovetop. They responded to my requests for my appointments immediately. Sergey came both times—lucky me!!—and the first time, he correctly diagnosed and fixed a sensor on the dishwasher, and the second time, he fixed a crossed-wire connection on the stovetop. Both times he was so efficient and quick in diagnosing and fixing the problem, all I had to pay was the initial consultation fee!! SO AWESOME. Don't call anyone else, Quality Appliance is the **BEST!!!!**

This company was great to work with, especially my technician, Sergey. He was kind, professional, and good at what he does. Would highly recommend him especially if you have Bertazzoni appliances.

Sergey methodically and correctly diagnosed the problem with my Bosch dishwasher not draining even after I had replaced the drain pump myself. He replaced the inlet valve, tested several times, and successfully repaired my dishwasher.
