Technician look at our machine for 1 minute before saying it couldn't be repaired. He only turned on the machine for 1 minute before declaring it a hopeless cause. Didn't look at anything else, didn't even try. Of course, he wanted his $85 service fee. This is a ripoff.

I want to thank those at SGS appliance repair. My mother’s gas cooktop broke resulting in a gas leak. The technician came out within a few hours of my call and spent significant time determining if the cooktop could be repaired. The front office staff checked back with me later in the day to offer information on a replacement unit. Everyone was quite helpful and professional. Because there were. No repairs they did not charge for services even after I offered to pay. My mom’s house has a bunch of 40 year old appliances. I will call SGS Absolutely if I need service help again
