My dryer cylinder disconnected from the vent. I called numerous repair companies that “don’t do that sort of service” , the warranty company doesn’t cover this issue; or messages were not returned.

We just had our Bosch oven repaired by Nick at A Plus Appliance Repair. The entire process was exceptional from start to finish. The receptionist who answered the phone (don't use the appointment link on the website; just call) was professional, courteous, and efficient. I called Monday afternoon and had a service call scheduled for Wednesday morning. Nick arrived shortly after the 9:00 a.m. beginning of the two hour window. The issue was that once turned on the oven would not control the temperature and would just keep heating up no matter what the temperature was set to. We were so worried we'd have to replace the whole oven, but Nick was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes (most of that time was spent waiting for the oven to heat up so he could see what the issue was). The solution was to replace the control board (I think that's what it's called). He had the part in his car and was able to fix it within an hour. The cost was eminently reasonable, and Nick could not have been more professional or capable.

Our GE Monogram refrigerator died last night and A Plus Appliance sent someone out today and problem solved!!! Omar came and immediately diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice. The price was very fair and considering that our unit is probably nearly 20 years old (it came with the house), we were especially appreciative of super-expert repair! Big thumbs up for A Plus, and extra big thumbs up for Omar!
