My Viking stove stopped working called SGS Appliances Repair , easy to make an appointment they send reminders and the technician was so nice and professional. He fixed my stove with convenient price. Will recommend him and will call them again.

From the beginning I was pleased with their friendly and professional service. Setting up an appointment was easy and fast. The tech came within the time frame promised and reported promptly the status of the job. Our 1st call to them was for a dryer repair. Whitin 30 days the problem came back however not to their fault. They came back to check it with no charge. They also did a diagnosis on our washer. We realized that we simply needed to just invest in a new washer and dryer since we were having more constant issues the last year and a 1/2 and the appliances were already up in age. However, that being said, it goes without saying that we were quite pleased with the company's service.

Grigore was on time and very nice. He fixed our stove in no time at all and did it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will let my friends and family know if they ever need his services.

Only SGS Appliance Repair came through! Very professional and truly reliable from the point of contact, their technicians, scheduling their visit to billing and paying! What a breeze. Truly happy with them and will use whenever the need arises. Don't waste your time contacting others, SGS is the very best :)

Great service. My dryer stopped heating. I called this company the next day Grigore came and fixed the dryer. Very easy to make appointment and decent prices.

This is a quality service company. It was easy to set up an in home appointment to get an estimate. Our electric dryer had stopped heating, and the freezer in our refrigerator was leaking. The highly experienced repair person tore our dryer apart in a matter of moments, and quickly determined the cause. He put it right back together and moved on to the freezer. Again, he took it apart with great ease, and actually fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He gave me an estimate for the dryer, which I happily agreed to, and left, promising to have the part in a couple of days. He returned today, and pulled the dryer apart, put the new part in, tightened it all back up, and the dryer worked like new! The cost for the two repairs was very reasonable, and I highly recommend this company for any home appliance repairs.

Grigore did a phenomenal job of addressing a comparatively small issue with our dishwasher… Our LG dishwasher which we found out is very hard to find anyone to work on, had a small issue with the door not closing properly. We called three or four places before we finally found SGS Appliance Repair and Grigore who came out immediately and did the repair. A few weeks later the other side of the door broke and he was out as soon as we called, repaired it for just the cost of maintenance call, and was in and out in a flash.
I really appreciated his attention to the details, obviously knowing what he was doing, and not being too chatty. He came when he said he would both times and we would highly recommend him.

Grigore came out today (06/12/2024) and repaired our dryer. His professionalism and knowlegde made for an simple task which took all of about ten minutes and saved me from having to buy a new dryer. He was punctual and polite. I would definitely recommend SGS Appliance Repair.

Called SGS Appliance Repair when my range burner would not ignite. Got an appointment for the next business. Grigore tested all parts related to the problem and quickly found the problematic part. Ordered the part and two days later installed the part and now range is working again. Grigore is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Our washer stopped draining water. This is the second company came and the best price gave us to change the pump. We are very happy that called them and definitely will call him with all our my appliances.

Excellent service! My oven stopped working and my wife found SGS online. We called and were able to get an appointment the next day. Grigore arrived on time, he was friendly and polite, and he went right to work, did some tests, and determined what the problem was in a short time. He said he needed to order a part and it would take 3 to 5 days, but we were happy to get a call the next day telling us the part was in! Our dish washer stopped working, and I tried to fix it. We bought the wash pump put in and... still broken.. we called Gregor who came to give us an estimate to fix it. He poked around and informed us that the pump we bought was bad.. and there was nothing wrong with the pump we took out... Gregor suggested we put the old one back in and to call him if we wanted him to do it... At first I was angry he didn't fix it.. but I put the old pump back in and now it works.. I don't know why or what or how .. this isn't why I am giving 5 stars.. Gregor could have said anything at this point and as long as it was less than half the cost of a new washer I was going to pay it... He is an Honest repair guy.. Gold as far as I am concerned in this day and age.... The reason I was trying to fix it myself was because of past experiences with repair people. I think in general we get taken more often than we don't. Gregor... a good man!!

Grigore was a great choice to fix our leaking washer+dryer combo. Despite a couple obstacles with meeting up he was persistent and efficient in getting the job done right. I'm very happy with the result and recommend him highly.

SGS was incredibly responsive and efficient. Our dishwasher stopped working and Grigore was able to swing by the same day to quickly diagnose, order the part we needed and within a day was able to come back and install it in about 15 minutes. Would absolutely recommend, specially if you live in the Sunset district.

for dmitry the tech. Knows what he was doing. would use again the service. Bit expensive.

When our ice maker was making too much ice, they came over and adjusted the settings. Now, it makes just the right amount, and everything works as it should.

The technician did an excellent job repairing my range burners, which were not working. What impressed me more was that he even taught me how to clean and take care of all my appliances properly.
