My Thermador refrigerator was repaired due to the fault of not cooling. The technician came in time, finished the repair during one visit and did a professional work. In general, it was completed without any trouble.

Highly recommend. Our dishwasher was throwing an error code and the pump was running continuously, even when turned off. I called in the morning and Dan came in the afternoon and fixed it. What more can you ask for?

Dan is amazing. Very responsive. It was proving difficult just get anyone to show up when they said they would show up, so that was were the bar was, but Dan rose well above that. He was even able to explain to me, in a way I could understand, what was happening with my fridge and why. This is the only company I am calling now for appliance repairs.

Made an appointment for washing machine repair a week in advance. They didn’t show up and when I called they said they made the appointment for the “wrong time” even though I’ve been getting texts reminding me about the scheduled time. They were not very accommodating about this.

Turns out, FixWell was not at fault, my Home Warranty Company (Select - Stay away from them) were scheming.
