I contacted Vladimir to fix my dishwasher because it had stopped fully cleaning the dishes. I had contacted other appliance repair companies, but they were not able to determine the cause since the dishwasher was still running. They advised me to try using a more powerful dishwasher detergent.

Vladimir was very professional, pleasant, and efficient in repairing my refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem quickly once the fridge finally made the awful intermittent banging sound that had caused me to call a repair person. He then needed to order the necessary part and return to replace the broken part. So the fridge was repaired in 3 days with very little hassle, thanks to Vlad!

Didn't service my wine cooler but he talked to me over the phone regarding what the issue could be and a rough estimate of his services. He advised that it would probably be best to just buy a new one. This helped me out so much bc I hate throwing away a good looking appliance but unfortunately that is just how our society builds items now. planned obsolescence. Anyways, he was willing to fit me in his schedule for the day and seemed to care a lot.
