Jan came out on a Saturday afternoon, was prompt, courteous and best of all, fixed my 14 year old refrigerator! I thought I would have to replace it. His price was extremely reasonable. He even cleaned my dusty coils under the refrigerator without charging me. I am keeping his business card handy for the next time an appliance breaks!

My washing machine was not working, it was not draining water out. I called JD and we made an appointment for the next day. They carry parts, which is very convenient, and the repair was done the same day.
I would recommend them for everyone. They are great.

Got a referral from a good friend and property manager of 4 building. My refrigerator freezer worked but the fridge side wouldn’t get cold. I called and a couple hour later they were at my house. They took the inside panels off the freezer side cleaned some coils and drained something and bam back in business. I own my own shop San Francisco Scooter Centre and know a lot of people. No one except my buddy had a referral for me. I am grateful to not be at the store buying a new $2000 refrigerator. The price was more than fair.
