Explained issues with washer and dryer & was patient with the problems at hand. Was quick with service, professional, and friendly when installing dryer tubing as well!

My Kenmore dryer stopped working. All clothes were soaking wet after each cycles. We cannot imagine life without the dryer. I called JD Appliance service to find out is it possible to repair it. After a short consultation, we made an appointment and the next day a technician, I don’t remember his name, fix it and left the place clean. He was very polite. I would recommend this company for everyone.

Jan came out same day on a weekend to fix our dishwasher. The process was easy and our dishwasher is working great now! Jan is courteous and kind and easy to work with. Thanks for everything!

Our microwave button wouldn’t open with heated food left in the microwave and JD repair service came to the rescue the same evening we called. Jan was extremely friendly, professional, and able to quickly open the door and rescue the food inside. We hope to be able to find the broken part and look forward to hearing from Jan soon.

Bob and his son Tommy are responsive and prompt and honest- will tell you the truth. They helped extend the life of a very old dishwasher, told me to buy BOSCH which we did and are very happy. When IN SINK ERATOR had problems, they were very responsive and quoted accurately for replacement. Definitely give them a call.
