Great service! The staff was helpful and Stan was able to diagnose our washer issue in minutes. Got the parts needed and returned the following day. Will highly recommend and use again.

Great work and a fair price. I called Stan the night before Thanksgiving for an oven repair and he was able to come the next morning (and save Thanksgiving dinner!). I would highly recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind for any future repairs.

Stan is the "appliance whisperer." He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher in a matter of a few minutes after testing various controls and troubleshooting options. The replacement part was immediately ordered and as scheduled, he returned a few days later to install it. The service price was fair and the dishwasher now functions like new. Great experience with Stan! After another company/technician quoted us $4k for a Thermador fridge/freezer replacement part, we had Stan come by for a second opinion. He diagnosed a different, less expensive, issue. When the part arrived, he was quick to come back to install it. During installation he identified an underlying issue/cause (power surge). So not only did he get our fridge back up and running, he advised us that we could submit a claim with PG&E for reimbursement. Stan will now be our go-to for any appliance issue.

Set up to have a tech come out-got confirmation. No show. Number posted on email was for an in box not set up. Called office told the texh was tied up Agreed he’d come the next day. No show again. Called office same excuse. Obviously won’t be using them again

Smart Solution Appliances is the best! I had called quite a few appliance repair shops to get someone to do the complex maintenance required on my Whirlpool ventless, hybrid dryer and couldn't find anyone willing to come out - including the place that Whirlpool recommended. Then I called Smart Solution Appliances and they said they could fix ANYTHING and they did! They had to completely disassemble my dryer, which they did in a very confined space without unstacking the dryer. They cleaned it and then put it back together and gave me a great suggestion on how to clean the lint off the coils in the future. And they did all of this at a very reasonable price for the amount of work required. They are now my "go to" appliance repair people.

Stan fixed my stove top like a pro in hours! And he have found the parts which is not produced anymore and provided 90 days warranty on top of that! That is impressive ! thank you Stan! Recommended this service and Stan to everyone!

We had them come repair our dryer and a gas leak in our stove. They were honest about what could or could not be done, and stayed extra time with the stove to make sure they got it right (it was a hard case!). Both issues were solved when they said they would. It's been a few months and there has been no re-occurrence.

I'm glad that they helped me restore my whirlpool washer motor and reinstalled it. My technician is Will, he did a great job! I appreciate that!

I wanted to share my experience with Stan from Smart Solution Appliances in San Francisco. My old Thermador stove had a problem with the simmer control that no one else could fix. He serviced our 18-Year-Old Thermador stove. The broiler had not been working for a while and now, thanks to him, it is. He also fixed the light in our 18-year-old microwave and did a nice cleaning for us in our hood. He was efficient, neat, polite, and very very knowledgeable. He has worked with all the big brands throughout his career and was trained specifically with them so he knows exactly what he's doing! We worked with him a few years ago when he told us it would not be worth the parts to fix are then old Bosch dishwasher and recommended another one for us.
As mentioned, he has worked directly with all of the big brands and maintenance and now has his own business.
