Smart home did a good job, especially the technician Dimytro, and the scheduling person. I would have given 5 stars but I after determining there was a problem I had to call for the second visit to determine what part needed to be ordered. Then it was ordered and had to wait 2 weeks. So quite a few more days without an oven than if they had just ordered the part in the first place. And if I hadn’t called I may still be waiting. That said, he did an excellent job fixing my oven

Repair technician diagnosed the dishwasher problem as a wiring issue after a couple of trips, after charging for and replacing a pump that didn't wind up being the issue. After root-causing the final issue, they never came back to finish the job and the company didn't respond to follow up requests.

Our technician Dimitri quickly diagnosed our broken dish washer and replaced the broken pump once the part arrived. He works fast and was in and out under an hour. The communication could’ve been better such as following up with the ordered part and scheduling a time for the technician to arrive instead of me having to call back and following up. But overall I am satisfied with the repairs and the work.

Excellent repair work from Vladimir! He went anice and beyond with his service: Came back for the second part of the repair very quickly and on Saturday to finish the second leg of the work and so that I could have a working stove! Unbeknown to me he fixed an extra problem ( I only found out because I asked what the solution was for the problem but he had taken care of it already ). Call him if you need your appliance to be repaired!

Excellent service from Dmitrii! My dryer went out Friday night. I had an appointment booked for the following day- scheduled between 3 and 6. He showed up promptly at 3, diagnosed and fixed my dryer in under an hour. Professional and polite- I highly recommend!

This company is AWFUL. The technician was GREAT!. The communication with the office for this company is worthless. We ended up just texting and calling the technician to get updates and schedule appointments. When you call the office, the people you talk to are completely incompetent. We had to follow up on every request with them. The office would not proactively do anything. When we called to get answers to questions, the people we talked to gave us different information. One person told us we had to pay the entire invoice up front, another told us we could pay a portion of it, but was unsure of how much we actually had to pay. They could not give us accurate updates on the status of our repair. In the end, the technician had to go to the office to ensure our part actually arrived because he could not trust the information they were giving him. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
