I have a really old walk-in cooler and everyone was quoting me so much to get it fixed! I was able to find this repair company, so happy i did! I forgot the gentleman’s name that owns the business, but he has been doing this since the 80s. Knows what’s he is doing and can fix anything! Bravo!

We are very pleased with the work and professionalism doc refrigerator had to offer . They are a family owned business whom are caring , experienced and provide a great value . We had problems with our refrigerator which they were able to trouble shoot in a timely manner and a fraction of the cost I’ve paid other companies in the past . Satisfied with their work I contracted them again to replace a water heater that was much needed as our old one was broken and out dated. I definitely refer these hard working individuals for all Refrigeration/HVAC needs . 5 stars !

I own a small business and I had issues with my refrigerator . Last thing you want to deal with while having to run a business right ? As I googled and yelped and called countless places with very little responses or even able to reach a sales rep i stumbled upon Doc refrigeration repair.Mauricio and Xavier were very helpful and professional with my needs and were able to come fix it same day! I was blown away how fast they were able to troubleshoot the problem .Based on my experience with Doc refrigeration repair I would say it’s spot on with the rest of the great reviews . They are very nice and experienced technicians. Very fair price and honest with their work. Don’t overcharge you or say you need a huge repair for a small fixing . I would definitely recommend them and if I encounter any future issues I’ll definitely be giving them a call again, as they were efficient and responsive .

I had an excellent experience with Sergey Vostrikov from SmartHome Appliances. He did a very complex LG Tromm dryer repair in under an hour — fast, professional, and efficient. Our refrigerator was not cooling and we called and got a same day appointment to have a technician come out to see what the problem was this was on Monday. Dimitrii arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window and looked at our fridge and freezer and within 5 minutes had a diagnosis. He made up an estimate and we agreed to have the parts ordered and they would call us when it came in. We were told 3-5 days for the parts to arrive and they would call when they were in. We really were worried about the amount of time it would take to get the parts. We had food in 2 coolers and were worried about it spoiling. We called a local appliance parts store and they had the part we needed in stock and we could pick it up.
We called and spoke with Vladimir and he said he could guarantee it would be installed by wed but possibly on Tuesday so we said ok. They called us Tuesday and said they had the parts and could we install it this afternoon. Dimitrii came and installed the part and our fridge is now cooling. Great service and we are happy with the quick install the following day

It wasn't freezing and fridge not cooling correctly he found the issues replaced the fan and heating element ordered the parts arrived in 2 days only,
Now its working like brand new again !

I’m so thrilled with SmartHome Appliance I might cry!

I made a stupid mistake when trying to switch the door opening on my dryer after moving into a new apartment. I was so stressed about getting the dryer fixed, doing laundry after my move, etc. I called a bunch of places, but no one was available until the next day (Sunday) or Monday. I got in touch with Ara who 1) always called me back even when my call dropped a couple times and 2) also called when my technician was stuck in traffic. Once Dimitri - who was also super kind and helpful - was at my place (three hours after my call!), he got to work and fixed my dryer within 30mins. Explained everything, so that I understood what he did and I am seriously so relieved.

These folks arrived at the very beginning of their window, disassembled and fixed and reassembled my oven in 30 minutes, and then -- free of charge -- went on to adjust the tension on my dishwasher's springs to stop it from slamming open. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful!
