At the end the repair did not took as long as he anticipated and reduce the cost on the post! that for me is a real professional that cares for the his work and his customers...

Quality Appliance Repair was great! They scheduled right away, and Sergey came on time to repair my fridge. He made the diagnosis and fixed the problem (a clogged valve).

Sergey was knowledgeable and thorough. He fixed our dryer (a new sump) and diagnosed the problem with our oven (probably not fixable - but at least we know what's going on now).

Quick service provided. Others could not come out for days. Quality came out quickly, and they had a reasonable price.

This company made it impossible to get an appointment. They scheduled me for 12-2 arrival, changed it to 4-6 pm arrival. They said it’s “not possible to get an earlier appointment”. I asked for anything earlier in January? February? March? April? Nope. The woman doing the scheduling was very unhelpful even though I’m a past client.

I know how hard it is to find appliance repair people! When my dishwasher leaked during its last two cycles I knew I was in trouble. But I was able to book this appointment online on Saturday for today, Monday. Sergei came promptly. diagnosed the problem quickly, and happened to have the right part on his truck. All was well in under an hour. I appreciated that the $85 appointment charge was applied to the repair.if I chose to go forward with it. That is a reasonable charge for a house call. I will be glad to recommend this firm to others as well as use them in future. Oh, and they do repairs seven days a week! Thank you!

Incredibly professional, kind, and prompt service. Sergey came in and diagnosed our problem within minutes, had the part with him, and installed said part in under 30 minutes. He took a credit card, was extremely respectful in our space, and I would recommend this company to anyone. So glad to have our washing machine up and running again.
