He first came out to help us diagnose an issue with our dishwasher — a faulty hinge and an aging user interface. His work was amazingly thorough, and even though we ultimately chose not to go forward with the repair, we were so impressed with his professionalism and care.

I have five boys in my household and I need a dryer that works. The dryer started making very loud squeeking noises while I was out of town. My 16-year old even took a load to the local laundromat. When I returned, I called All State Appliance Repair and they were able to have someone come on a holiday. The biggest surprise of all was that he didn't have to wait for a part--he had everything he needed in his truck. I was so relieved and grateful to have an experienced and well-prepared repairman. My dryer is now working perfectly!

I am incredibly impressed with Max and Igor and the rest of the folks at All State Appliance Repair. We had a broken dishwasher and had tried many different repair companies all of which said that it would take a month to get a new part from an original manufacturer. This turned out to be true, but All State went above and beyond. One of their technicians was able to completely take apart my dishwasher, manually glue the broken piece back together, and re-solder some parts as a temporary fix while we waited for them to get the replacement part fixed! Absolutely incredible service! I cannot recommend them more highly.

Sergey is terrific. He diagnosed the problem with our 18 year old Bosch, had to order a part and returned to efficiently do the repair. He was very prompt - showing up when he said he would. We will definitely us Quality again if we need help

They have a lot of experience on different brands as well. Appreciate their service. This time was a refrigerator/freezer that was leaking water. He repaired the line in a timely manner. Tenant is very happy. I have used them on stoves, dishwashers and microwaves as well.
