Needed to a have a part installed on my Blue Star wall oven. All State Appliance Technician who installed it was very knowledgeable & VERY efficient. He accomplished what a competitor refused to do because he said it was a 2 person job & he was unfamiliar with the part that he had received for the repair.

Called them at around 12noon and Igor gave me cost and availability for 3 to 6pm window the same day. I have a commercial Queen Speed size machines and the dryer was giving me problem. Daniel the technician called me a few times to reconfirm. He was there on time around 3.15pm and was done in 10minutes. He knew what the problem was and also gave me recommendation. Dryer working and Iam pleased with his professionalism and great customer service so iam giving him 5star.. Super Pleased. Iam glad I get to use a local company which is 1mile from my place and I will definitely recommend and even use them again in a flash. Igor fixed a control panel that was buried deep inside my thermador oven. He diagnosed the problem immediately and accurately, ordered the parts, and got it fixed quickly.

He is also excellent at explaining the process in a way that any homeowner can understand.

We've been doing business with Allstate Appliance for years and multiple ancient appliances: washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. They show up when they say they're going to and they don't tell you they can fix something when a better, more cost effective plan *for you* is to replace the appliance. They also have always steered us right with brand recommendations. Their honesty is worth the visit fee alone!

These folks do great work. Always show up when they say they will and the three times I have had them out to work on my stove the estimated cost and time have been correct. Very friendly and professional! I would recommend them to anyone.

Fixed our Miele dishwasher for $1000+. Had to wait a day before someone could come out and then another week for the part to arrive. Igor is very confident and seems to know his trade but was rude, condescending, and arrogant. When I said I wanted to wipe down the side of the machine after he pulled it out, he said “NO”! Told me he would be “liable” if I cut myself (on my appliance, in my own home!!).

Had a totally unsatisfactory service call yesterday from another company where the technician did not answer questions, did not explain what he was doing, had minimal equipment with him (not even a thermometer to measures the temperatures in the fridge/freezer) and wanted to order a new door seal for a second visit. When I complained, they were going to reschedule another call but in two weeks with a different technician. I called Allstate today and he had an appointment later in the afternoon. The technician Dimitry was terrific. Listened carefully to what the problem was, then proceeded to level the refrigerator, adjust the doors to ensure a good seal, dissembled the freezer to make sure there was no ice buildup behind the back wall that would impeded the freezer door and also the condition of the compressor. This service call was 1000% better than yesterday's. Quick response time (same day), showed up on time, knowledgeable and professional technician, thorough visit. Will be using Allstate in the future for sure.

Allstate did a great job fixing my Miele dryer. The service technician showed up at the scheduled brine, diagnosed and explained the problem. He special ordered the part necessary to fix the dryer and returned the following week to install the part complete the repair. Had to come back a third time through no fault of its own to recheck the work of a third party, check on the fix and reinstall the dryer to its original position. In short, they spent a lot of time ensuring that the dryer was fixed to my satisfaction and did so at the price quoted, notwithstanding the extra time incurred because of the failings of the third party contractor.
