I had my dryer repaired and I’m very pleased with the experience. The technician arrived on time, fixed the problem, and explained what was going on so I could understand. They provided a warranty, which gave me confidence that the repair was done right. From start to finish, everything was easy, and it took away a lot of the stress of having a broken appliance. The technician had the part he needed right in his van, and the cost was fair. It’s great to find someone you can trust to do the job properly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Everything about the service from United Appliance was five stars! Good communication, technician arrived right on time and problem was solved! However, it was decided since the combo washer/dryer was almost 15 years old, the "fix" (cost) didn't make sense. Absolutely impressed that I wasn't pressured to go ahead with something that may have only been temporary before lots of other things started going wrong. Highly recommend!

These guys absolutely rock! My kitchenaide oven's LED display was out and I put in one phone call and BAM it was fixed. On the real though, they did an amazing job and were both timely and respectful. If I could give them 69, hell 100 stars, I sure as heck would!
