I have used Oleg and company for more than 12 years. They have extended the life and performance of my Sub Zero refrigerator and Viking stove among other things. They know what they are doing and are fair and lovely people. Can not recommend them highly enough!

Oleg came this past weekend to take a look at my dishwasher that had been clogged due to the heavy rain. I called him Saturday, he was there first thing Sunday the next day. He was able to resolve the issue with ease and recommended me what to do if issue were to happen again. Very professional and kind. Definitely recommend him.

I had a Dacor downdraft vent that had stopped desponding to button presses, and I needed it working again. AAA appliances were able to get it fixed for me, even though it ended up being a little more complicated than they thought, replacing the button panel and control board didn't fix it, but they found a limiter switch that was not working, and they swapped it out to get it working again, which was a huge relief. The tech told us he really recommended replacing the unit due to it's age, which I would normally agree with, and completely understood, but due to the added complexity of how the unit is built into a cabinet, and not wanting this project to snow ball into needing cabinet repairs and a new range too, we asked them to try a repair first, and we were very happy they were able to figure out the issue and get it working again. They were on time, very transparent about the costs, and gave honest feedback (like telling us he wouldn't recommend repair, but he would do it if we wanted to). I will use them again if I need another appliance repaired.

Both technicians did a quick and thorough assessment, were knowledgeable about the issue (and helped me understand), and gave guidance around care/appliance brands, what was worth fixing based on age of appliance and what was not.
