Called for refrigerator service and the technician came the same day. I had to delay during the day and Oleg was very patient and arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, informative, efficient and addressed my refrigerator issues even fixed a dishwasher leak. I've had a prior bad experience with another repair service and found AAA to be excellent. Would absolute use again.

Initial call for a dishwasher and broiler repair was very reasonable and professional, including the diagnosis fee. But when the service technician showed up, he was very rude to my roommates, refused to even look at the dishwasher because we had disassembled the door panel to figure out what was wrong and not reassembled it??? and to top it off, spoke no English, meaning all communication on pricing for the quote was done after he called his manager and handed his phone to us. No explanation of what the diagnosis was, just a quote for parts and services. We will not be choosing this shop.

Edit: The owner of the company called promptly after this review and apologized; the technician was new and had previous issues with his behavior. He also waived the diagnosis fee. While I appreciate the context and trying to help older people keep jobs, there is a minimum standard of quality that all employees should be able to maintain if customers are to trust a company.

Absolutely amazing service from Oleg! He repaired our Thermador gas range and hood. Everything now works correctly and seems to work better than before! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend this very reliable company!

I clearly stated I have a Bosch dishwasher and stated the error number. The gentleman who came to my home had no clue what he was doing. He admitted to not really working on Bosch. The whole experience was bizarre. He kept trying to drain the machine and kept pushing the reset button. After he left the delicate digital panel no longer worked either. I asked him to leave. He’s very old school and used to “working under the hood”. Do not call if you have high end appliances.

I have to say that these guys are great. Awesome service. Our Bosh Dishwasher seen better days. First it became too noisy. It was manageable at first, but when it start leaking, we understood that it was the time to call an expert. Guys at AAA Appliance were able to schedule the appointment next day to diagnose and repair the dishwasher. The technician that arrived on the call was professional and efficient. He was able to fix both of the problems. Their service were reasonably priced and left us happy. I would recommend AAA Appliance not only for dishwasher repair, but for any appliance related problems.

My dishwasher wasn't working properly. it's about 5 years old. I figured I'd need a new one, but hoped it wouldn't have to be so soon. Scheduling was a easy. Alex arrived on time. He was masked and professional. I was reassured that I was in good hands almost immediately. He's really knowledgeable as he's been working in his family's business for many years. Boy, does he know appliances! I must have asked 50 questions and he was happy to share great information. He was able to figure the most likely reason for the problem immediately. Luckily he had the very part I needed on his truck. Once replaced, he tested the washer, and its worked well since. He was here less than an hour. His price was fair.He's just expanded into a second location in the East Bay. He was tidy, had all his tools and equipment at hand. He acknowledged his fix would give us years back on the dishwasher, and told us what to look for in brands, features and price when we were finally ready to buy new. He doesn't sell the products, just proved great tips and advice.I won't hesitate to call AAA on Columbus the next time I need kitchen appliances serviced.

I had a great experience with Alex at AAA the other day. I needed help understanding the issue as my dishwasher was leaking. He diagnosed the issue quickly and suggested solutions. Professional, fast, and helpful. Because the fix involved cutting down some cabinetry/baseboard, this was not under AAA's scope and I had a handyman fix the issue using Alex's diagnostic and it solved the issue. I will definitely call them next time I have an appliance issue.
