I broke the handle of my refrigerator and this team was kind enough to come by and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it requires some custom pieces from their manufacturer, But I was not charged for the time and I was Given some great advice on what to do next

I highly recommend you contact Andrei for any repair issues. Don’t waste your time with a home warranty service. We had one and they completely failed to fix our fridge, across 11 months of work with five different repair people, all completely incompetent.

Andrei was incredibly helpful in solving my mysterious dishwasher leak. He diagnosed the source of the issue which wasn’t the dishwasher at all. He was nice enough not to charge me and said to call him if there’s ever a problem again. Cannot recommend enough!

without warning my dryer simply stopped spinning; it would turn on, count down and not spin... and this happened on 12/25; less than 24 hours later Andrei was at our house, diagnosed the problem, shared with me the total price (very reasonable) and came back the next day with the required parts. Andrei was great—diagnosed issues with our oven, was communicative, and professional. His assessment of the problem with the igniter seems accurate and we will see if this resolves the problem. Andrei was excellent. He explained and checked everything. He quickly realized the leak was from the utility sink next to the washer and shut off the hoses so leak stopped.
