Jay and the Rug Master team was world-class. They took great care of multiple handwoven Persian silk rugs that have been in storage for 10+ years collecting dust and gunk. After they cleaned the rugs, these rugs feel brand new and extremely comfortable and soft again. I can't recommend Jay and his team enough. If you have Persian silk or wool rugs, would highly, highly recommend.

I had a couple of stains on a white rug and was SO worried they wouldn’t come out but Jay and his team exceeded my expectations!

They were very accommodating, offered pick-up and drop off and made my rug look brand new.

Their price was reasonable and turnaround time was about two weeks. If I ever need to get a cleaning again, I will definitely use Rug Masters.

Just the best! I was worried they had closed when I dropped by the old California Street location, and they were no longer there. But relieved when I came to this location and realized it's the same folks! My go-to for rug cleaning. Professional and the quality of the cleaning is top notch. Plus, you can ennjoy all the beautiful rugs for sale when you're picking up and dropping off, too!

I highly recommend Iraj from rug masters. His quote was fair for the rug cleaning, he provides pick up and drop off service as well as being communicative throughout the whole process. What impressed me the most was that he brought helpers with him to move furniture at pickup and also at drop off to help arrange furniture in the room back to their original position. I would be happy to use his services again and to recommend him.

Jay and his team were great, start to finish. He seems to work 24/7, promptly responding to initial inquiries, and follow-up questions. The process of pickup and dropoff was expert and efficient. The cleaning was great. He is honest and up front about costs and what work should be done, and how long it will take. Really glad to have found them--highly recommended. Note also that they seem to have a big radius that they work in, so don't be shy about reaching out -- we are in Burlingame, and when he dropped off our clean rugs, I think he said he was coming from Mill Valley.

I had such a great experience with Rug Masters! I took the opportunity of a remodel to have my living room rug cleaned - after 12 years of use, it had gotten really dirty in high traffic areas - and also asked them to repair some areas of damage at one edge. In addition to doing a great job on the cleaning and repair - the rug looks like new - Iraj was also very communicative, picked up the rug and delivered it back to me exactly when he said they would, and kept it for me for the 3 months of my remodel for no extra charge. And all for a very fair price. Five stars!

Wonderful outcome on rug cleaning for a Moroccan area rug that was a cream background. The rug had several stains from our new puppy. Rug Masters brought our rug back to life. They also repaired moth damage in the rug.

This company did a good job cleaning our area carpets. They had some stains that they got out. They came as scheduled and moved some heavy furniture to get the rugs and put them back. Great job

We have a larger Moroccan rug which has been in a higher traffic area for 5 years with no cleaning and its long wool had been matted down a bit in spots.
Clearly needing some help we had it picked up, cleaned and delivered which took only a couple weeks and the results were impressive - the matted areas were normal again, the colors returned (there was clearly a dust layer!) and they couldn't have been more friendly.
Highly recommended! These are people you'll *want* to give business to!

EXCELLENT service. We needed our 9x12' wool rug cleaned after a dog accident. I reached out to Rug Masters and they wrote back right away and were able to pick the rug up the next day. Got it back yesterday and it looks good as new. You get what you pay for and for a high quality rug you want it cleaned right. Will definitely use again!

Rug Masters did a WONDERFUL job cleaning 5 rugs for my place. They picked up the rugs and delivered them after cleaning (including laying down the rugs and moving furniture). The rugs were about 5 years old -- I didn't even realize how dirty they had gotten, but now, the colors look a lot brighter, stains are gone, the rugs feel softer, and the air in my apartment smells better. Also, the staff were very friendly, communicative, and detail-oriented. Thank you to Rug Masters for your great work!
