Jay is a true master! He has cleaned and repaired several of my rugs, all of which are one-of-a-kind, handwoven pieces, over the past several years. He will go to any length to repair even the most challenging edges, fringe, etc. He is easy to communicate with, and I really appreciate the convenience of home pick up/drop off that he offers. Cannot recommend Rug Masters & Jay more highly!

Rug Masters does a GREAT job on cleaning rugs and repairing handmade rugs. My mom and I have been using them for years. They have cleaned several rugs for my mom and repaired the fringes on 2 rugs for my mom - excellent job!!! Recently, they cleaned my handmade rug - excellent job!!! Also, they are very customer oriented - very nice people. I highly recommend them for rug cleaning and rug repair - they know their stuff.

Jay is great. Very informative, flexible, and his pricing is fair. His crew and he came to my home in the Hillsborough / San Mateo area and helped me move furniture and take up the rugs. My persian rugs came back clean and beautiful, and they even helped me reassemble the room. Excellent service!

Iraj and Carpet Masters are the best! They cleaned two wool carpets after we had puppy stains as well as a red wine stain. They had a special treatment for the puppy stains, the carpets came back looking like new. They even dyed an area of the carpet that had been bleached from my poor attempt to clean the stain. This is the second time we have used them. They are extremely reliable & easy to work with - they picked and re- installed the carpets. Highly recommend!

In addition to having them clean and repair my personal rugs, I am also a small business owner, and all of my clients have been happy with the work they have done. These guys are basically artists with rug repair-years ago I had a very expensive rug whose tassels were falling off and they fixed them flawlessly restoring the original style. I recently had another rug (which I have attached pictures of) which had the same problem and this time I opted for repair without tassels. As shown in the pictures this was done perfectly. I have also bought several gorgeous rugs here at reasonable prices. Finally, they are professional timely and respectful.

I have two ivory colored rugs made of a kind of wool that’s no longer available, and two pets who stain them. I will only trust the skilled people at Rug Masters to clean them, and they always come back cleaner than I expect. It’s a relief knowing they will be handed with care.
Their advice helps me maintain the rugs in between cleanings, and they make pickups and delivery really easy.

This is the second time I have called Jay at Rug Master to clean my silk area rugs. He does an amazing job and pays the utmost attention to detail. He really knows rugs, and he knows people and how they live with rugs. The rugs come back very clean and so fresh - really as good as new! I would never call someone else to do this work as long as Rug Master is here.

Iraj has handwashed two of my rugs - a Persian silk rug and an Indian woolen rug. I have been delighted with his service! He picks up, and in two or so weeks the rugs return clean. For a 7ftx10ft rug I paid $380, and for a 9ftx12ft rug I paid $590.

I highly recommend. I chose Rug Masters because of their stellar online reviews, and I am 100% satisfied with their excellent service. We were getting ready to move into our newly renovated house. I made one phone call, and they quoted me a fair price to pickup at one address, to clean our 8x10 wool rug, and to deliver it to a different address. Communication was excellent, they were on time for pickup and delivery, and they helped me place my rug in the new place and put the furniture back where it belonged. I wish every small business owners operated as flawlessly as Rug Masters.

I have entrusted them with my most valued rugs for repair and cleaning and they always do a great job while taking the time to educate me on why and how they do their magic. Great experience with Rug Masters! We had a VERY large Moroccan rug cleaned/deodorized by them and very happy with the results. And they are extremely nice to work with - friendly and communicated well. Highly recommended!
