was so fast from begin to finish. They were fast to respond to messages and give me a quote for the service. I booked them for a move out cleaning, and looks amazing. They even got a stain out of the fridge I hadn’t been able to get out myself. 100% would endorse

scammers. on the phone they told me the cost for cleaning my rug was $79 and that they would come pick it up and bring it back later in the day. waited 3 hours for the guy to show up and he told me it was over $400 for them to take it back to their facility to clean it, and if they cleaned it in my apartment it would be $250. I would not have agreed to the cleaning if I knew it was $250, my rug isn’t even worth $250. and I certainly don’t want the rug cleaned on my wood floors. there was no transparency about cost or timing, and they misled me on purpose. there was no mention of the $250 minimum when they called me. wish I could do 0 stars.

Jace arrived promptly and conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner. He thoroughly explained the carpet cleaning process, and the results were impressive! My carpets were burdened with heavy stains due to my puppy, but now they appear as good as new, with no lingering odors or stains. Jace also expertly steamed some areas of my tile floor. Despite regular mopping, these areas had never truly been clean until now. The difference between the treated and untreated areas is quite striking. I now wish I had opted to have the entire tile area cleaned. I will undoubtedly be utilizing the services of Garrett's Carpet Cleaners in the future.

There seem to be some serious internal booking or logistics issues with their system. Quote was off by 150% — estimated $98, the technician arrived and said $240, ultimately charged $218 (possibly due to a miscommunication about the number of stairs required to reach the unit? Unclear).

They ask for your number but the techs are forced to call through a relay so you can't call back and they can't, for example, text you. So I missed the first call in this scheduling disaster, which had apparently come in at 6 a.m. on a Sunday. Turns out the tech couldn't make the scheduled time and the company had also given him the wrong address, in a different part of town, despite verifying the zip code with me on the phone. So we went through a long saga of rescheduling and coordinating and not being able to communicate well until we exchanged cell numbers.

It's really hard to tell what this company is even called. The company carrying out the actual service is not called Garrett's Carpet Cleaners or San Francisco Carpet Cleaning like the website might have you believe — neither of those names appeared anywhere on the invoice. After the service I got a survey request call from an 855 number and a text message from a 510 number. Neither named the actual company. My bank was charged by SP Sea Service L. When I called the 415 number listed on this page I asked to confirm the name of the company and was told "Owen & Sons," and that the "Garrett's" name is just a google issue (odd considering the name is all over the website). So who knows!

David came out to San Francisco to handle a tough, long-standing problem with our carpet. Our carpet had dark stains from old pet accidents that just wouldn’t go away, even after other companies tried cleaning it. David used a new cleaning method, and all the dark stains disappeared! He also made sure the carpet was extra dry before finishing up. He even returned to spot treat a few areas. We will definitely use Garrett's Carpet Cleaners again!

I used the chat feature in the evening and the manager replied within minutes, making it super easy to set up a carpet cleaning appointment. I got a text confirmation and a call 15 minutes before the cleaners arrived. Jace and Max were very friendly and explained all the cleaning options clearly. We went with the deep carpet cleaning and are so happy we did—our white carpet looks like new!

After the carpet dried, I noticed a small spot that wasn't as clean as I wanted. I called and asked if someone could come back to touch it up, and they said yes right away. A few days later, another technician returned and re-cleaned the area. He was also very polite and professional. Honestly, I was being a bit picky since the carpet wasn’t very old, but they took care of it without any fuss and were very kind about it. I’ve used this company before and will keep using them. garrett's carpet cleaners is by far the best carpet and upholstery cleaning company i’ve used. i called on a saturday morning because my two dogs had gotten sick and made a mess all over the upstairs carpet, plus there was pet pee on the furniture downstairs. i’ve had my place for a while and after they finished, my carpet looked even better than when i moved in. max was super friendly and explained the whole cleaning process, making sure every spot was handled. the price was really fair too. i’m so happy with the service and will definitely use them again. highly recommend if you need your carpets cleaned!
