B&G Chem-Dry went above and beyond. They were understanding of my budget and were genuinely compassionate and kind throughout. The daybed cleaning turned out great! Exactly what I hoped for. I’d happily use them again and highly recommend.

Luis was great,firstly he responded after hours and he is very prompt and he could accommodate my day on his schedule, secondly his work is great! This review is for the drop off service for area rugs. Luis couldn’t have been better! We dropped off a rug that was gifted and in dire need of a cleaning. Honestly I didn’t know if It was worth cleaning. Luis was very upfront with his expectations as the rug was rolled up for years. We decided to give it a go and when it was ready we were surprised on how good it looked and smelled. Thank you Luis and B&G!

We have an almost white carpet and a family member got very sick all over it. It was an emergency situation, the carpet needed immediate cleaning. When I called Luis in the afternoon, he told me he was booked for the entire day. But rather than let the stains set, he really extended himself. He came to my house at the end of his very long workday, at 8:00 pm, and he cleaned the carpet for me! He did a great job! Luis is very professional, easy to talk with, and, a very kind person. I’m grateful to him for helping me out so Kate in his day, and my husband and I can’t recommend him, and his services, highly enough.

Holy Moly it smells fresh in here. Luis has great communication through Yelp and texting. He is very efficient, pleasant, and polite. He explained what he was going to do and what solutions he was planning on using. He brought all his own supplies and cleaned up right after. We had some deep stains from my dog, some dog guests, and our toddler. He was able to remove the odors and stains from pet accidents that happened with my senior dog. The bleach stains were not from him, that was my husband trying to be scientist with Dawn Dish Soap in an attempt to remove dog vomit last year. There was a whole bunch of berry stains and juice spills from the miniature human that are now gone. We have a light grey plushy Shaws Floor carpet throughout the house and I was concerned that it was going to be sopping wet, but to my surprise, it’s not! There is not a strong chemical smell and the carpets were not left soaking wet like other larger corporate companies. The service also didn’t break my bank and it was well worth it. It was also nice to know that he’s local to the Sunset so if I needed to contact him for a cleaning, he’s close by. I will definitely be using this company again.

Louis was great! They cleaned my Persian rug in a timely manner. Reasonably priced. They were kind enough to pickup and drop off as well- very convenient for SF city residence! Highly recommend.
