I had the gutter cleaned. The staff were fast, explained what was happening and very nice. He even looked at the clogged pipe that was connected to the gutter.

This is our second time using ASF. Their crew is always friendly and efficient. We have some very hard-to-reach windows and now they sparkle. They don't use any harsh chemicals or detergents to wash the windows; only filtered water. Their estimates beat others in our area by a couple of hundred dollars. I will call them again when it's time to have our home's exterior spruced up.

From estimate to execution, it was 5 star service all the way. The back office team was the first to follow up after doing a search on the internet with 4 other companies. They continue to follow up with friendly reminders, until we were able to book a date. The day of service was an equally pleasant experience. The technicians were polite, listened to my elderly mothers concerns, explained what they discovered after the cleaning and made sure the site was left better than when they has arrived. I highly recommend this women owned business. Post service, they emailed me the before and after photos as well. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great crew! I’ve used ASF for multiple jobs (gutters, window cleaning, patio cleaning) and they are always great. Timely, flexible, fast to respond, easy billing, and most importantly great work. Every ASF crew member I’ve met has gone out of their way to do the job right, and they actually care about the details.

Arrived on time. Great communication throughout project. More expensive than I thought but worth the peace of mind. Happy with ASF .

When they came to clean my roof last year they did a great job.

This time they were completely unprofessional and would not listen to my concerns and even wanted to replace the wrong piece of drain pipe.

UPDATE: they contacted me about my updated review and told me I had to take it down or they would come after me. Are they allowed to threaten people like this on Google?

Back to the review:

They would not listen to anything I was trying to explain and wanted to just rinse gutter debris down my pipes, which isn’t how you clean gutters! They were here to install strainers over the holes so debris *won’t go down*, and instead they wanted to flush debris down… The exact opposite! And therefore cause additional plumbing problems for me rather than solving them like they were here to do.

After refusing to listen to me, including making me start to cry, he said he wouldn’t do the job and stormed off angrily.

I don’t want them anywhere near my house again. They were rude and aggressive and nasty and uncooperative. There’s something wrong with the man I was interacting with.

ASF clean team did an amazing job. The lead worker Kao and his helper were amazing. They worked non stop until the job was done and they were very professional.

Gréât experience with the team sent out to clean my gutters and downspouts..

Very good communication, showed up on time with proper tools, took care of business with terrific customer service skills.. fast, efficient , perfect clean up .

They will now be on my annual maintenance list ..

Had a great experience with ASD clean team on multiple occasions for gutters cleaning and power washing. Great communication, great service, great follow up. Will use them exclusively in the future as well. Highly recommended!
